There were four of us. Three had baked potatoes that were cold and sent back to the kitchen to be reheated. I had shrimp pasta alfredo. It was on the side of warm. Now I know why it has been four years since we were their last.

My husband and I eat here a lot. I mean A LOT. Food is great. Portions are good sized. Staff is amazing. I almost feel like Norm when he goes into Cheers! A special shout out to Erika, Katie, & Pam for helping to make our visits great.

Slow... Everything was very slow. It was lunchtime and not very busy at all . We walked in about ten minutes after 12. Had to try to find someone to seat us. Had to wait for service there was no one sitting near us at the time. .. finally placed our order. Food was fine. Husband had a prime beef sandwich . He said it was good. I had coconut shrimp. Called the waiter over and asked . " I might have misread when I ordered but I think it said Six shrimp and there is four here. He. Checked the menu and said you are correct. .I will get them. Which he did . All in all it was ok but definitely not what it use to be. But mjaybe Iif we go back for a dinner around -6:30 or 7:00 we would find it better. We try to be fair..

Best Restaurant!! Dining at the Outback in West Springfield, Massachusetts has consistently been an all around enjoyable experience. I've had the pleasure of dining in their ample seating establishment several times as well as ordering deliveries numerous times each situation I always received most respectful and spectacular service, personalized attention to my specific requests with attention to details.
