Self services cups have been removed and charged drinks have been moved behind the counter. This makes it a hassle to acquire them especially when employees are not attentive.

The company just removed the self-service cups for Sip Club members. This makes getting a drink very inconvenient and frustrating. Made complaint known to the manager and corporate. Their response is as follows: "We're so sorry for any inconvenience. This change helps us better serve you and our other guests. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the team to address!"There is no way that this is an improvement to serving their customers. I timed my last order. It took 5 minutes to get my cup because the employees were engaged doing other tasks. This is something that takes me less than a minute from entering and leaving the store.

The food is delicious and is prepared quickly. Their bakery items are great, especially their bagels and desserts. The atmosphere is also very nice and this Panera has good customer service. The prices are a bit steep for the food, and the portions are relatively small for the cost. Despite this, this Panera is a great location that I would recommend.

Went to order and got a drink with the sip club but accidentally chose the tea. I went to the counter to ask for a charged lemonade but the worker named Mae refused to give me the charger lemonade and said that I had to get what I ordered. If I pay for the sip club I should be able to get the drink I want.
