If their was an option for 0 stars I would rate this Pizza Hut… I place an order for delivery mind you I’m with my family mind you the hotel we in is literally 2 minutes away… we see that the time keeps going bye and I call the store and I’m explaining that my order hasn’t been delivered they place me in hold and not answer back then I call one last time and they state that my order was delivered… so I hit myself and my family ready to go into the Pizza Hut because I spent $70 on food that wasn’t delivered… I go in their the store is disgusting ? floors just nasty and the employees just eww I tell them he goes to some other guy and the other guy goes to the back and brings my food out I go up to the counter and I asked him sooooo what happened to my delivery??? He states that the driver phone died…. Then I asked sooo you guys don’t have a phone ya could have called me not wait for me to appear 2 hours later looking for my food.., they stated they are busy…. Hmmm ? wrong answer my phone number is on the receipt you guys could have called me that’s customer courtesy…. All I know is never again this place shouldn’t be in business at all… thank you for my cold food that my children will have for dinner… ABSOLUTELY ? DISGUSTED!!!!?

Extremely poor service. It took 10 minutes for someone to even notice that we were waiting to order. Not only that, but in the middle of ordering rhe person taking my order said “we’re not taking anymore dine in orders right now because we need tables for a group of 30” EVEN THOUGH my husband was already sitting at a table AND the people in front of me were asked “dine in or take our?” And THEY got to sit down and eat their meal. I’d rather take the pizza and go away, this place was absolute trash. Literal trash every step and trash left on tables. Looks like hurricane Katrina came by in there. I will not be coming back.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Cleanliness is atrocious. Trash on every table and sticky floors. Employees are rude and asked us to leave (after we placed an order for dine-in) because they “have 30 people coming and need open tables.” All for some mediocre pizza chain that gets cooked in an easy bake oven.

Pizza itself was barely edible. It was cold, super saucy and very little flavor. Very disappointing when you haven't had pizza hut in a while and were looking forward to having it

Food was an hour longer than predicted, that would have been fine if it didn't show up cold. Seems like they're using doordash now instead of their own drivers. The problem is most doordash drivers don't have an insulated delivery bag so it's just in some guy's car and if that doordash driver has troubles or takes their time finding you then guess what? Your food arrives cold like mine did and you gotta reheat it.I wouldn't recommend this place. At least when the service was good and pricing ok you could stand the mediocre food. Now you've got expensive mediocre food with bad delivery.

The pizza and chicken are always the best and fresh. Wasn't too happy about one of the booths because it smelled like they cleaned the table with an old, smelly rag. So we moved. Then another family was sitting at the same area and moved also.

One of the last real pizza huts left in America. Real authentic nostalgia with their original pan pizza cooked by a human being in a real oven using the same pizza pans they used since their inception. They even still have the salad bar (2023)

The 4 times I ordered pizza from that place they gave me everything to get by. They give the sticks without sauce, they almost never give you napkins. Every time you order an ally you practically have to tell them how to do their job because if not They don't give you your sauces or your napkins. I'M NOT USUALLY DOING THIS but the food is good and the service is terrible...

so this is a clean restaurant. It's not like a sit down, waitress comes to you Pizza Hut of my childhood. It's one of the places you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Which is fine, I got my breadsticks which is my favorite thing from Pizza Hut :)
