Went through drive through, the guy taking my order charged me extra, bought himself something and when I confronted him about it he said it wasn’t my receipt yet my card number was on it. I checked my bank account and it was clearly charged on my card. And then wouldn’t give the receipt back. Called the manager and he defended him because he definitely does the same thing as that idiot. Check your receipts!! Place sucks!!

My post is more about the service than the food. Although I've always been happy with the food I had an experience with a few of the employees yesterday.I was driving down the road right in front of Taco Bell on Morgan Road in West springfield. It was rush hour and as usual it was a lot of traffic and everybody was impatient. The car in front of me had died. Poor girl had her hazards on and all the other drivers passing by her were honking and yelling. I pulled into the parking lot and went out to help the girl push her car out of the road. Not one car stopped. And I'm going to guess that at least 40 to 50 cars passed us.So with her trying to steer and push and me pushing behind her we weren't getting very far and to pull into their parking lot there's a slight upward angle. I couldn't believe that all these cars would leave this poor woman stuck like that. The next thing I know here comes two of the Taco Bell workers rushing out of their job to come and help. They were clearly trying to get it done quick so they weren't away from their job for too long but they too were shocked at the fact that nobody else pulled over to help. One of them was named Jesus and the other was named JP . I went back into the Taco Bell after to thank them and they both very modestly said of course we would help anyone stuc like that. If I owned a business that's the exact kind of employee I would want working for me. I will go one step further and send a letter to corporate for the owner once I figure out how. But if we had more people like Jesus and JP in the world it would certainly be a better place.
I was craving some tacos it was close by they make you use the kiosk…robots taking over... When we got the food my chapua lettuce and sour cream was ice cold! It was gross and hard to eat it’s my favorite taco so it ruined my dinner. I hope it doesn’t make me sick. I knew if I complained I would get the same ice cold lettuce. Taco Bell as a company just continues to disappoint me not worth the $25 dollars wasted here. I’ll go to Wendy’s next time the food is much better and cheaper and the employees take my order and don’t make me use a kiosk.

Update:Olivia reached out to to go over the situation.Came back few days later today, was immediately noticed and pleasantly taken care of by a lovely guy, and the food was good.As someone who's also in the food service industry, people like that are rare. That lady's reaction, from the other day, was completely unprofessional.Placed an order on the kiosk, chose to pay cash.Waited for close to 20 minutes until they noticed me, and told me that cash orders don't go through on the kiosk!When I irately told them they need to have a sign on the kiosk that states cash orders don't go through, the woman snottily told me there's a shortage and they don't have a sign to put on the machine!
There is no human to take your order.So it may take a few minutes to place the order, even if you pay cash, you still need to place the order on the kiosk.Food was quick. Tasted ?

Being a front facing representative for any company she should one be coached and retrained or dismissed. I over heard her with the car before me and she was incredibly rude and a don't give a F attitude. This is my first ever Yelp review but I felt strongly enough to create one due to my and I'm assuming many more persons at this particular Taco Bell on this particular day. Will reconsider my choices going forward with your company.

Terrible taco bell, won’t order from this one again.drive thru person ScrEAmeD in our faces throughout the entirety of the order (they sounded young, maybe thought they thought they were funny but it was wild, never experienced anything like it) - it was jarring and awful. i had already placed a mobile order, otherwise would have driven away.four separate meals all thrown together in one bag, and all the fries dumped over and out of the containers. nothing labeled - was a disaster.

staff is just rude. always has been. and don't go after the hours of 9 or 10 pm cause they will legit just let u sit there and not come to the speaker and then when u go and leave to look back u legit see them just standing there looking at ur car go.. like wtf were u doing the 5-10 min i sat at the speaker?? stop hiring anyone u interview and get some better employees. it's annoying.
