This Wendy's is a great place to go if you need some food on the fly and you want to catch covid. I went through the drivethru and every employee I could see was wearing a mask.... with either their nose or their nose and mouth completely exposed. Even the management.

The staff is sometimes unpleasant. But I’m so glad I ran into the staff on 07/19 around 11pm. Fresh food and listened very well to what I asked for. I hope I can run into them again because other then that the female staff I had dealt with were extremely rude. It's good, but everytime that I used the drive thru, even before the covid-19, they always missed something on my bag. Last time I asked for extra pecans for my salad and they didn't give me extra ones and they also forgot my fork.

THIS STORE IS THE WORST FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IVE BEEN TO. STAY AWAY!Went to this location to grab some food. Problems started once I arrived at the speaker with attitude from Talasia. Being very snippy and just being plain rude all because I asked for a couple sauces in the bag. Then I pulled up to pay at the first window and this employee is kind and takes my payment with no issues and no attitude. So I proceeded to the second window where Talasia was, and she handed me my food and before I could even check my food to confirm its entirety she bends down underneath the Corona Virus Shield to tell me to pull up, pull up, pull up! Keep in mind there is no one in line with me and she works in customer service and is telling me to leave for trying to confirm I have what I paid for in the bag. So I tell her you can wait one second till I am done and I will move on when it is confirmed. And after I stated that, she then calls over the Manager his name is "OB" while I'm checking all my food. Low and behold I was missing all my sauces, a very simple request. And as i am letting the manager know what i need she is talking over me to the manager stating she already gave me alot of sauces. Once I arrived home I noticed that on top of all that, my 3 medium meals were all smalls. So I called corporate and made a complaint not once, not twice but 4 times to get my money back. The first time I called I was told the district manager will be notified and the rest of their management team, so I have to wait for them to call me before I can get my refund because their a franchise. So when I called back the second time they stated someone from there management team already called. Mind you I never received a call or voicemail over the course of this whole process which took 2 weeks. Everybody in the management team all the way up to the owner doesnt own a cell phone apparently. So long story short I called the store directly and requested my refund after 2 weeks. When I called, the shift manager answered and stated he would help me, as soon as I stated this pertained to a corporate matter he immediately handed the phone to "OB" and I over heard him say to the manager that I was "buggin". Mind you I only said that I called corporate about this matter and that's what he says about me. Instead of the manager apologizing for the inconvenience this whole process caused he starts to question me about this stating was this refund all because of the sauces. So immediately he remembered the situation and continues to confront me about the refund. I said there is no need to go over this matter again, because it was already handled with corporate. When I got to the store to recieve my money back the manager short changed me and when I notified him of that he became rude and gave me the correct change. THIS STORE IS THE WORST FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IVE BEEN TO. STAY AWAY!
