Drive thru at 10 pm on a Thursday rainy night. The order was taken by a very friendly and clear speaking young man. The wait time was minimal, the greeting at the pick up was a great experience with the smile of the manager and friendly thank you for coming. The food was hot and acceptable for fast food. When I need to have fast food I go to Wendy's on Rt 5 in Westside over the "yellow arches" down the street every time. The staff at Wendy's always leaves me with a smile. Thank you for that.

Took forever for someone to even take my order,, order was wrong. I had to go back to get the right stuff.. employees just standing around talking and some just on their phone without a care in the world.. need better management.. they dont have to be friends with all of their employees do the job right and more people will want to go there

I just went to get some food from this place and the service and food is horrible they want to serve you so fast that they messed up everything from the service and the food , first whoever is on answering the drive thru want to be so quick she made me 2 separate order so I got charged taxes twice that's one, then i drive up to give my card to the lady on the window and she almost break my card trying to get the machine to work when i could see clearly that the machine has the tap logo on it and if that doesn't work they should replace the dam thing! not saying that her face of the pleasure she has to be working there is incomparable! Then next window to get the food before I got to the window the guy almost throw the drink inside for me I get the food and leave finally get to my destination to eat and to my surprise I ordered a meal and a 6 pc nuggets and I got asked for what kind of sauce for nothing because there was no sauce in the bag,no napkins and the burger was so greasy on the bread that I had to wipe it off to try eating it would never go here to get anything ever horrible

Atria a nice young woman caught my attention today, being the first person to greet me upon entry! Her hello was so welcoming, I come to this location a lot but had recently slowed down due to the rude new manager but I went today and I felt so welcomed by Attia ! She asked for a google review! She also asked for me to tell her boss but our last interaction he treated me rudely and less than I didn’t appreciate how I felt leaving the establishment after dealing with the large Spanish manager!
It’s gross. The staff never wears gloves or hair nets….. you’re dealing with peoples food! Not only that, I paid for a Dave’s double and got a single….. not only that! Looks like a booger under the burger! And it was the messiest wrapping I’ve EVER seen. Terrible terrible!! Didn’t even eat it went to McDonald’s and it was clean

Went through the drive-through. It was a long line, but got through it in less than 5 minutes! Line moved fast, workers were nice, food was hot. What is there to complain about?? ALSO, THEY NOW HAVE PUMPKIN SPICE FROSTIES!!!
They had me wait for my food and got home bit into my chicken sandwich and it wasn’t even cooked all the way ???

Don’t what is wrong with Wendy’s in general but service has drop off a cliff. Went in side, saw now less than 8 employees but not one was there to take our order. Order after order went through the drive thru but now one came to inside register. One guy final noticed us and said “she’ll would be with you” 5 min later now one. Went to McDonald’s ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
