I just moved in to Weymouth and I am always pass by this place and never got it. I ordered online and I have been so addicted to this place my favorite shake is the oatmeal cookie.

Teas and shakes are always great, however customer service is very poor. When you walk in, no one greets you and when asked about certain teas no one offers their opinion. I got a tea to go and took it home and it smelt awful!! I brought it back because it wasn't something I could drink and when I told the woman what had happened she smells it and says it is just the lift off. She remade it and put it on the counter and didn't say a word. I have been here many times and have the same experience every time, it is very off putting.

I come here with my friend often, as we thoroughly enjoy their protein shakes and teas. It's also a very cute and cozy atmosphere. However, the two owners are extremely unfriendly to the point where it's unsettling. I know it isn't just me as I have observed their interactions with other customers as well. It's extremely strange and unprofessional. It truly seems as though they don't want to be there. For having such a good gig at a young age and what seems like would be a fun job, these girls seem very unhappy and unappreciative of their customers.I make it a point to say thank you multiple times as it seems like they need to hear the appreciation, but they typically either 1. Don't respond or 2. Say "yup" without a smile or eye contact. Despite the poor attitudes, I still tip because the shakes are tasty, but am strongly considering to stop tipping, as it seems like I am rewarding bad behavior.As a note, this only applies to the owners- the other staff members are very friendly and personable. I would also like to note that this has been going on for years. I had hoped that their attitudes would change but unfortunately they have not. And I have heard these same exact complaints from other friends and family as well (who come separately). Very sad and unfortunate.

Came here for a smoothie for the first time. I asked what were a few favorites since they have so many options it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Options of teas, bowls, and shakes.I ordered and when I cashed out the cashier asked if I wanted a tea. I had seen them on the board but I was there for a smoothie not tea so I said no, thinking it was an up sell.I found out a few days later that tea comes with your shake and is included in the price, but that’s not listed on the board. Would have been nice to have been informed. Maybe a ‘since it’s included, what type of tea would you like today?’

Points for being absolutely adorable. Very cozy space that's decorated perfectly. Shakes and bowls are made with Herbalife products and are good and filling. Customer service is ok but not great, took a star off for that. Would definitely come back though!

Not a piece of fruit or vegetable in the place. Total MLM crap product. Buyer be aware, you're not getting what you think you may be getting. Proceed with caution, or better yet, just go to a real smoothie place. Those Tropical Smoothie Cafes are pretty great and they use fruits and vegetables not powders.

I go to yoga at Ritual in the same building. Tried them out for the first time this past Saturday. Got a fruity pebbles bowl & Watermelon Limeade Tea. Really really good. It’s going to be an every Saturday tradition after yoga from now on.

Came in on Saturday 1/28 at 2:50 and was told I couldn't be served even though the sign says they close at 3:00. She wasn't very nice about it... I was coming here twice a week and I won't be back.
Amazing drinks & welcoming environment! Would highly recommend!
