We really did enjoy this place but the last two times we tried to go, once they changed their hours to only opening on weekends with very little communication and then today we went right in the middle of their prime Sunday hours and they were clearly closed, no bagels out, everything dark, with no sign on the door. Assuming they are likely permanently closed...

Awesome breakfast! Just like NY bagels. So many to choose from. Croissant was delicious, flakey, buttery! Loved the flavor shot in the coffee. Great ambiance. Clean open space. Staff was so friendly. Enjoyed everything about our visit. Will definitely be back!

Stopped in on a Sunday around 10:45 am. At this point, they had a smaller selection of bagels left for the day. Looks like they carry a good amount of favors. They also offer lattes, coffee, cappuccinos and other drinks like milk and juice. You can do your typical bagel and cream cheese or order a sandwich. They have a lot of spreads to pick from and offer lunch sandwiches. I ordered a plain bagel with egg and cheese. The bagel was good- chewy and crunchy on the outside. The egg was hot and came from a heating tray but tasted okay. Not as fresh as I hoped it would be. They have 3 different types of cheese. My husband got the French toast bagel and regular cream cheese and said it was good. Location is tricky with it being at the corner of Kelly Square but we had no problem finding a spot on Water Street and walking over. They also deliver through Grubhub. Overall, it was good but they will have to work out some kinks as they continue to become more busy. Staff were very friendly!

Bagels over priced and were not fresh. Will not be back I asked cashier if bagels were made daily she said yes but they too chewy. They make cream cheese in house it was ok. Nothing to rave about.

Finally!!! I good bagel spot in Worcester!! Parking is not as hard to find as others have claimed, especially in the AM. Love the bagels! My wife freezes the "retired" bagels and slices them up bite size for dipping appetizers. Keep up the good work!

Rather disappointing. Ordered a BLT sandwich on garlic bagel during the lunch hour, midweek. The bagel didn't taste especially fresh, and the garlic was really bitter. The worst part was the fact the sandwich was completely dry. Who makes a BLT without mayo?

It was around 1030 a.m when my girlfriend, her friend and I decided to try out Anthem Bagel for the first time. I always love trying out new places, especially around Worcester, to help those small businesses out but also to get something new in my week to week food adventures. For my first thoughts of Anthem Bagel, they were very good, it smelled amazing as we walked in, it caught my eye every place I looked and the bagels looked amazing. Of course, all good things come to an end at some point. After ordering, my girlfriends friend offered to pay which was very thoughtful. And after paying $23 and some change, it seemed as though it wasn't worth its “buck”.I got my Iced cold brew in minutes after ordering which was very nice. A few min later my friends meals had arrived, while I still waited for mine, they weren't looking as organized as expected. Expecting that I would get my food soon after them, I told my girlfriend and her friend to eat and that it was ok. I received my sandwich after my girlfriend and friend had finished, which was upsetting. Once I got my food, my girlfriends drink had arrived and she realized she got her drink incorrectly, she ordered a medium iced macchiato, but received a small Hot. I asked for the correct drink and received a small Iced in return that seemed to have just been poured over ice. It was not and did not taste anything like the macchiato she ordered. We got up, threw the full drink away and walked out in disappointment.

They had food from here delivered for breakfast at a training I'm attending. The rainbow bagel is definitely a show stopper. I loved the bagel I had (The raisins were so good they tasted like chocolate chips), with this delicious red spread- which I think must have been the red pepper schmear. & Great coffee.

bagels don't seem fresh and my order is never right. the staff just don't listen. not enough caraway in the pumpernickel bagels, too many sesame seeds and they don't even taste pumpernickel.

Ordered 2 bagels and 2 iced drinks. Waited 25 minutes just for the drinks and told them I didn't have time to wait any longer and left, she hadn't even started toasting our bagels. There were two people working and 4 people in front of me but it does not take over 25 minutes to toast 2 bagels. Awful

I waited 30 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese and then the bagel was cold and hard

Extremely disappointed in my delivery ordering experience with Anthem Bagel. Ordered 2 bagels/sandwiches for breakfast Sunday 7/21 through grub hub. The order arrived and was missing an entire bagel. So my husband got to eat breakfast, but I didn't. I tried to call the restaurant directly, but their phone was off the hook and no voicemail was set up. I understand they're a new business but to not have a voicemail set up??

I wish restaurant employees had Tonia's mindset. She carries the load when her co workers seem uninterested and complacent. What I appreciate is that she's empathetic to GrubHub drivers and how they aren't paid for sitting around and waiting. Tonia is awesome and I'll give anthem bagel a second chance because of her good heart and work ethic.
