Absolutely hot and fresh!!! Amazing!!! Got 2 rodeo burgers and some fries (late night) hot and fresh. Taste was immaculate!!

The most rude workers I have encountered. Asked them to mix the chocolate shake more and was given so much attitude. Asked for ranch, honey mustard and ketchup..they said they had to charge me for it but then only gave me honey mustard. When I asked for the additional ranch and ketchup they were disrespectful and extremely rude about it. Even charged me again for it.

What a comical experience. So when I walked in, I noticed immediately that all the employees were talking in a circle behind the counter. Already a red flag. But I brushed it off. They could be talking about work. This went on for like 5 minutes until I realized it wasn’t work related. They were all laughing. Someone finally came up. My main issue was that I ordered my food at the wrong BK. I politely asked if there was a way they could help. INSTANTLY and DEFENSIVELY without providing any solutions. The woman who appeared to be the manager said “we can’t help you. You have to go to where you ordered”. Ok fair. I said is there anything you can do to help? Oh no. Then tells me “it’s my fault it happened” as if I’m unaware. Simply asking how to rectify the issue as a customer. She was completely rude. I walked out with no food and not feeling like a king. I felt more like a peasant. I literally went on the BK app and hit help. I put in what my issue was. BK instantly credited me for the order so I could order again. It was that simple. All she had to do was say “go on the app and do this”. That should be apart of BK’s training. Clearly she didn’t wanna help. And based on the atmosphere it all made sense. Never going back.

Super friendly staff! Parking lot is a bit of a strange setup but overall was solid experience for fast food! Loved to see some money also going to charity if people would like to donate. Nice

Their empty parking lot abuts Quinns, there is NO SIGNS THAT SAY BURGER KING ONLY , they called a tow company for my car. Who were also jerks. It was our first time here and the parking is awful and unclear. If they really have a problem maybe invest in signs. So people don’t mistakenly park there.Maybe establishments share property and parking. There is no fence, or curb between them. Nothing to indicate oh this is one this is another.$131 to not have the car towed. I walked out and said, we had no idea.Im old, this was ridiculous.Spiteful and I will now never patron a BK again and Im writing corporate.
