Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because there’s no option for NO stars! This is by far the WORST chipotle!!! Every time I order my order online they always always find a way to mess up. I don’t understand how, and I don’t want to be rude but it’s like they can’t read! Ordered my chipotle tonight and it’s missing my chips, sour cream and I asked to white rice and black beans, and it came w brown rice and pinto beans. WORST SERVICE EVER, seems like they do it on purpose. Every time I go in and I’m waiting on line for my pick up order employee was frustrated and was making angry faces because order keep coming!

THIS LOCATION SUCKS!! The chicken is always burnt, and they always run out of food. They ran out of sour cream and when I asked for a little queso in replacement, they said no and I should eat it dry like that lol.
