We had the chicken tikka masala and the lam mix plate. It was not the best place to dine in, however, the food is good and cheap for Indian cuisine.

Excellent food good service

Honestly, this place doesn't deserve any stars! I'm forced to leave the 1 star. They food is HORRIBLE!!! Chicken is burnt and dried. Tossed the food in the trash as it was not edible! I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Called to speak with manager or owner, was told not there. Asked for the name of the owner, they would not provide. Place is dirty and under staffed. Don't waste your money there... McDonald's is a better choice. My first and last time going there!

Delicious food available until at least 10 PM! Loved the naan, chicken tikka masala, and paneer. Cannot wait to go back!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This was the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. My husband and I waited 1 hour until we received our disgusting food. Please beware! Go to McDonald's instead, would be a better experience.

Tried chicken tikka kebab on rice. Great food, flavorful biryani rice. Affordable pricing

We got the chicken kofta wrap to split between two of us as we were passing through Worcester. It was GREAT! I wish I had gotten another to throw in the fridge for lunch today. Yum!

Food quality is usually good and they offer late night options and delivery as well. Service is where this restaurant really suffers. Its probably the slowest of any restaurant around this area. No matter when you order you will spend AT LEAST 10-15 minutes waiting at the restaurant. There are also frequent language barriers so check your order before you leave. I love their food, but will probably be sending my business elsewhere due to the highly inconvenient service of this restaurant. (I have issues literally every time)

Usually I get too lazy to write reviews on a restaurant, but after taking a bite of their food, I really wanted to thank them for how delicious everything was! Especially during this pandemic, I wanted to give them extra love. I had ordered through an uber eats app and found them after seeing my regular food place closed today and was willing to try something new and I'm so glad I did! Meat was perfectly seasoned and I love their spicy rice! Although I had just ordered, I'm already tempted to order more and try all of their other dishes. Awesome portions and great presentation. For anyone interested, I had ordered a Beef Tikka Kebab plate & a chicken tikka wrap.

I had very high expectations for this place but unfortunately, it was not my cup of tea. Maybe it's because I ordered after 10:00 pm? Who knows. I ended up ordering samosas, meat over rice, and gulab jamun. It took approximately 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Upon picking up my order, the cashier/cook did not have a face mask on which was a huge red flag. The place smelled amazing but I wish I could say the same about the food I ordered. The meat over rice was just good enough and the portions were fairly big for two people. The samosas were unbearably spicy to the point where I was unable to finish the rest. The gulab jamun had an awful after taste and all I knew was that it was definitely not fresh that day because it was hard and nearly frozen when I received it. All in all, I most likely won't be visiting again.

For whatever reason, England's #1 late night takeaway food hasn't caught on in the US. I am always surprised that Kebob shops never really caught on here in this country. There's nothing better than a plate of spicy rice and grilled meat to help soak up the grease after a long night of drinking. For lunch, it's a tasty and somewhat healthy option. The prices here aren't exactly cheap (in the UK you can get kebob and rice platter for about $7 US) ... here for a plate, you're looking at $13-$15 depending on the meat. They do have gyro meat wraps for around $8 which are pretty good. Just know that you'll get a LOT of food for your money. And there's really nothing quite like Kebob Shop rice. It's fluffy and flavorful. Imagine the best rice pilaf you ever had. The meat is marinated so it's super tender and flavorful. It's halal meat ... so it's sourced in an ethical way. All meat is cruel but you can at least take some comfort in the fact that Halal meat is as humane as you'll find when it comes to that. The white sauce included is the stuff of legend ... basically a hopped up version of ranch dressing. NYC Halal food stands have become legendary and a similar taste can be had here, albeit not mixed together into one plate or 'bowl-style' with white sauce as is more common in NYC. Each dish is made to order, so give yourself 15-20 min. to wait while your order is prepared. This won't be 'grab and go' the way it is in London. The taste is fresh, so what you pay for in wait time, you make up for in quality. You can order online for pick up but twice I've pre-ordered online and I got there and they had no record of the order. So now I just order in person and wait in the car. The menu is fairly extensive and the paper menu has more options than the web menu. There are lot of different combinations. They have currys, such as chicken tikka masala as well but I've not tried those. The inside is very basic ... the outside and kitchen/order area is not for the faint of hearted. While ordering from the window for takeout, try not to look into the kitchen area. Trust me, it's better you don't. Overall, if you are looking for very tasty, fresh and somewhat healthy food ... big portions and a not-so-typical experience ... look no further. If you want a super-spotless, fast service Chipotle-type of experience, this is not your spot. Try it once and you'll know whether or not it's your thing. I had it a few weeks ago for the first time and have been back 7 times since.

Just started going here recently and the staff is super helpful! What is more important to me is how the food tastes and to be honest it is amazing! What I enjoy most about this experience is they have a lot of mix and match options on their menu, so the meals are not boring as you get a variety off each plate. I am a new, loyal customer of Grill 352!

I did take out, so I can't vouch for the indoor eating experience. There's a little window they carved out for pickup orders so you don't need to go in the restaurant. I called ahead and had a bit of a confusing process (the line disconnected and I had to call back, I had a question about the menu that didn't get an answer, they didn't take my name or anything), but overall the person on the phone was friendly and patient. I wanted bread and grilled tomatoes and was willing to pay however much extra for it but was told no, they just don't add bread to the other. I think ordering via telephone is just a little weird if you're not ordering exactly off the menu and want to modify the order. The menu pictures on Yelp also aren't accurate anymore. Some of the prices went up, which is fair, but some of the additions they mentioned aren't done anymore. The food itself is sooooooooooo good. Grilled meat, a giant portion of rice, salad, white sauce ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I got three skewers of meat over rice and salad for $13 and it's basically good for two meals because the portions are so big. So yummy. If you eat Afghan grilled meat over rice in other cities (like NYC which has a large number of Afghan restaurants), this is very comparable to that. Would definitely get again (and again and again).
