Got a cheese pizza for lunch today. It was the worst cheese pizza i have had in a long time. Pizza was cool, dried, and tasted bad. It was a waste of $.

Ordered stuffed pretzel crust and a regular pretzel crust. Neither were the correct pizza. Both undercooked and cold. I thought I was just an order mix up, nope...my name was on the box.Drink missing, Breadsticks missing, they remembered the cold marinara though. So, time to drive to the place after a quick call to let them know the order was wrong and missing items... defeating the idea of delivery. No one had been prepping the order the entire drive to the store. I have to give the guy behind the counter the run down on why I was even there. To which he just grabs the manager...who claimed to not know my reason for even being there though we had talked about 25 minutes prior. So now we wait on a Saturday night for the order. We wait for Tiktoks to be watched. For people to go outside and smoke. For everyone else to get their order. What should have been a cost and time effective dinner turned into my whole Saturday night. At least we will get the pizza for free when we call to dispute the charge.How has this business not been run into the ground yet? You basically gave out so much free food tonight for not getting it right the first time.

I used to work there ... and man they used to smoke while doing the pizzas .. i can't make this up the owner even knows this is definitely the worse job i worked at he doesn't even give u some of ur checks the owner doesn't care at all . they do hard drugs but i'm not gonna say much . Please try to go somewhere else . Main st is not much different maybe more ghetto . I'm still waiting on my check that i've been waiting on since like may??

My favorite: Hot Vanilla Chai Latte & Orange Scone. Service is usually slow. I'm given the scone immediately but have to wait too long for the Latte. It seems like a 10 min wait.

Ordered delivery for the volunteers at an event and they sent me deep dish pizzas instead of pepperoni cheese breads. I took pictures AND kept the food (couldn't deal with it right then) and called back 2 days later to ask they remake or refund that portion of the order (again, still have the food to return for proof) and they wouldn't fix the order or refund. All because I couldn't/wouldn't leave my event to call them right then to complain. Will never order there again.
