We went because my husband wanted lasagna. We walked in and no one greeted us. We had to go to the bar and ask if someone would seat us. go seat yourself. The "waiter" came to the table wearing sweatpants and looked like he had not shaved in days. He seemed partly interested at first, but that went away quickly. We ordered 2 waters, a coffee and a tea. No one brought cream or sugar we had to ask and then the cream came and later a woman came by and dropped 3 sugars on the table. When my husband went and asked for sugar substitute none could be found. We ordered a garden salad with steak tips, a lasagna and 2 meatballs. We told him we were going to share everything. We were never given plates to share our food, extra napkins, or any attention really. We could have used more water. What we received was a garden salad that the cucumbers were floppy and it had balsamic all over. I asked where the Steak tips were and he told me they come separate with rice. We didn't really understand what happened. Come to find out we were given a dinner of steak tips and rice which we never ate. The food was luke warm at best. The best part was the lasagna. It had too much one kind of seasoning which we could not identify. We were hoping that Pepe's would be a new wonderful place to dine. Without a doubt we were disappointed and said to each other, "We're not going to go back there ever again."

Great atmosphere, great service, and maybe one of the best pizzas I have gotten in Worcester, if not all of MA (got the BBQ chicken this time but have had cheese and veggie pizza in the past). Thinner NY-style crust that was perfectly cooked (meaning they actually got great browning and char in spots)--also perfect ratio of toppings to sauce to crust so it did not turn into a messy glob of too much to overpower the crust and make it soggy and out of balance.Parking: There is a lot in front of the place with plenty, but also lots of free street parking nearby

Have loved their pizza in the past but ordered a large cheese pizza an hour before they closed and they said that I had to come immediately because their kitchen closed in 30min. Picked it up 15min later. When I got home and opened up the pizza it was the size of a personal pizza and that's being generous. Tried to call multiple times 30min before they closed and they're not answering. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

Ordered take out because I’ve been wanting to try the food here since it opened and was very disappointed with equality of food I ordered the chicken piccata and chicken parmigiana and in both meals chicken was rubbery and had fat on it I will assume this is a pre cooked frozen breast or over cooked either way at least cut the fat off the chicken after seeing how nice this place was inside I was planning on eating in some day but that has changed after my experience with tonight’s order ( expected better from a Italian restaurant)
