We had to raise our hands for service after 15 or 20 minutes of tables all around us getting bread, water and cocktails after waving down another waitress she said someone would be with us in a few minutes in a few minutes a serve finally came by we were going to leave But we stayed everybody's meal was just so so almost as they cooked it before hand One and done. Thank you very much.

The food was good - average Italian food based on the gnocchi I ordered. Our server, Cheryl, was outstanding. She was very outgoing, funny, attentive, and personable and we really enjoyed her. The decor was cute - we were seated in the main dining room that was decorated to look like an outdoor cafe (even though I requested the 2nd dining room that looked really cool with stone walls and cute lighting).

Food was classic home table Sicilian fare.... Not overly done, in TRUE Sicilian style.... Fresh mussels. Veal was cooked perfectly. Very good wine pairings and not overly marked up from retail. Cheryl was our server and absolutely on par... polite and engaging... a class act all around. Very comfy home feel to the place.

The food was okay but they brought the wrong food out to both myself and.my date, and it was pricey...

We had dinner there last night, Which was a Thursday. We have only eaten there once before. It wasn't until the end of the evening, we I went to the restroom to find a menu special on the wall that on Wednesday and Thursday there was a $29.00 dinner 3 course special. When we were seated we were given regular menus...no special. We would have liked to receive the special menu as well. We did get there early, no excuse there. When we told the hostess, after she raised her head from her cell phone, said oh, you didn't get this menu? Well I just got here, it wasn't me. I would have told my supervisor and he or she should have apologized. Shows its just a job...not caring for the business. The food we did have was good, service was good but slow when we ordered dessert. I don't want to overlook that.

Food was ok. I had the lasagna. Large portions, but pasta was a bit overdone. Same with my husband's fruti del' mar. Service was awesome.

Pasta fagiulli was excellent! I ordered the risotto and didn't realize that it was made with pea purée. I didn't care for it and the manager came right over and replaced it with another entree. Ambiance is cozy with brick walls and candles at your table. Highly recommend!

This is a quaint little restaurant, the main dining room is modeled after a small plaza. The food is excellent, definitely home-cooked feeling, with knowledgeable waiters staff and prompt service.

We had a large party for dinner this afternoon and the service was absolutely incredible. Cheryl took very good care of all 15 of us. Our meals were delicious as well.

This place is an experience. My husband is Italian and it makes us feel like we are in an Italian gramas home. The service is great and one of my favorite places in Worcester right now. Family friendly very welcoming and great vibe.

Second time at Russo. The food is always excellent. I ordered chicken marsala. Dine perfectly. Split a Caesar salad. They do a great job with a toast and slightly burnt romaine. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The restaurant is very charming in a cool neighborhood. One of my go-to places.

Russos has great ambience and good wait staff. The food is just okay. We had the white bean and escarole soup which was very salty. The pasta dish we ordered, on the other hand, seemed bland, despite asking for it to be spicy. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate cake which we thought was very dry. We also got the fried doughnut holes and they were very greasy. Overall, great spot with just okay food.
