Tuesday January 30th at 8pm my husband and I came in to this location and the “boy” working was so SO unprofessional it’s crazy he’s even allowed to work there. We had a promo bogo 50% and the website wasn’t working right so my husband went in and kindly asked the kid for help with that promo. This guy had the audacity to reply with “well it’s been working fine all night for everyone else” ok a snarky way. So my husband asked if he’d show him and this “employee” responded with “I get my food for free so I don’t have to deal with promos”. WHAT kind of ppl do you have working for you. Kid needs to get a haircut too not have his hair hanging off his disrespectful face falling into peoples food. Nobody knows what he has

Subway constantly runs BOGO, 50% off specials, and other discounts advertised on their website or social media, and it's been 5-6 times we've gone through the whole online order process, only to find out on the last step this location doesn't participate in any of those deals. Incredibly frustrating to always go through that work just to find out they continually opt out of the highly marketed promotions.

I have gone to subway for years. I have gone to this subway for a couple years also. I have never had a sandwich with barley any meat,cheese,lettuce anything on it. I asked why she barley put anything on the sandwich and was told she would charge me extra for asking for a normal amount of toppings. I do not understand why this one subway and two of the girls who work here barely add anything to the sandwich it was literally bread. I am disappointed by how rude the two girls I have dealt with there were, and how they find it acceptable to give pretty much bread. Also when looking at pictures and or getting a sub at another subway it actually has meat and other toppings on it. This is just crazy!

This Subway location makes some of the best sandwiches a Subway can, in my opinion, in the Worcester area. The staff are always kind and friendly. However, today, when I went in, it was so hot inside, I couldn't bring myself to eat inside the store. I don't know how the employees work through the hot and stuffy air in there. It reached a high of 84, I believe today, and it honestly was cooler outside than it was in the actual store. This happens often when I visit this location and it really is such a shame because I would go out to eat here more if the store wasn't so darn hot on the hotter days of summer. I feel bad for the employees working too, I don't know how they do it! I was so shocked, when it felt cooler stepping outside, in the sun at 84 degrees, than inside that store, that I felt compelled to leave a review. I probably will not be eating here again anytime soon, and I wouldn't suggest visiting this location.

I decided to treat my dad for his birthday today to Subway for lunch ?. It was very good. I'd gotten a $15.00 Dollar gift- card from a close friend 2 years ago, and haven't had a spare chance to use ,so I decided to take my dad today to celebrate his special day. I ordered the Sweet Chicken Terriyaki 6 inch Sub with the Sweet Terriaki sauce and my Dad got the B.M.T. 6 in. Sub and we got 3 cookies 1 oatmeal raise , 1 White Macadamia nut cookie ,and Whitch Raspberry Macadamian note cookie for myself. The White Raspberry Macadamia cookie was quite delicious. This is a nice subway , the young girl was super friendly & sweet. Differently a little costly to eat out. No complaints ?! All Positive things to say !
