I called & they said they were open till 10pm so I drove 30 minutes to get there. Upon arrival at 9:45pm the extremely rude worker told me "sorry we're closed" & it was the same person I spoke to on the phone. They just decided to close early. This employee started cursing at me in Spanish as I walked away, thinking I wouldn't understand. This employee needs to be fired

Very disappointed in this Subway location. The staff isn't friendly, one of the gentlemen were rude. I paid $2.77 for a cup of ice. They said they don't carry unsweet or sweet tea. I wanted tea so I had to purchase room temp tea from Walmart and an ice cup from Subway. I love Subway iced tea in other locations. I usually mix the sweet and unsweet tea to get the perfect tea for me. They don't offer ice cups so if you need ice you pay full price. I'm disappointed in this Subway.

Sorry Subway. You need to work on your employees attitude problems. Customer service is an issue here. What happened to the slogan of "Have it your way" when I can't have it my way? I asked for my wrap to be heated with the cheese. Simple right? Employees almost jumped over the counter and hit me. They said that they can not do that. I had this done in other Subway's with no issues. Very disturbing and disappointed. The matter of not having the wrap my way didn't affect me but the amount of anger and attitude that came with it, OMG. I wish you can go undercover and see for yourself what I am saying. I am not the first to complaint. Not buying from here again. Competition is strong. Jersey Mike's is really good but sometimes a Subway is better my way . Best of luck. I'll check back for any company comments.

The store has presented its self with lovely new staff and cleanliness as well. The food was presentable and fresh and my sandwich make out exactly how I asked. Staff was polite and respect, this store has made a 100% turn around.

Bought the same wrap today as I did yesterday and the price jumped 2dollars the wrap was poorly made and had less turkey (only 3 small pieces) you can but twice the wrap for half the money inside Walmart 2nd the meat containers looked unclean my wife decided not to eat her sandwich because of safety concerns I gave 1star because you can't go lower then 1star

Used to be a good location until recently but the new staff aren't up to the mark. They constantly leave stuff out of the sandwich for online orders.

Food was great as always but the dudes arm hair was all in our food. Two hairs in my fiancé’s and one in mine ? if you’re gonna work with food keep those covered or shave them man ? absolutely disgusting

If I could give negative reviews I would. My husband just came back from subway inside of Walmart Supercenter 25 Tobias way. Initially he came home and our order was completely incorrect. Even though it's a 15 minute drive back to Subway my husband went back to get his money back frustrated. The owner/manager was not present so the cashier called him on speaker phone to ask what to do. The owner proceeded to tell the cashier to tell him to "go f*** himself" multiple times and that he wasn't giving him his money back and that he can only get the sandwiches. I have an allergy to onions and could of broken out in hives if I had eaten the original sandwich filled with onions and the owners answer is to "go f*** yourself" I'm sorry but with an owner like that good luck getting my business. I will make sure to spread the word of how you treat your customers. Also contacting subway corporate and Walmart to let them know what kind of person runs that store!
