Great little place inside City Mart. Big portions, great prices and super friendly. They even have pre-made food like pot pies etc. that you can just grab and go when you don't feel like cooking.
This is a hidden neighborhood gem! You go into the convenience store called City Mart. It's kitty-corner from Santander Bank in Tatnuck Square. Just passed the cash register is a couple tables and a kitchen. Two people run the kitchen and make everything from scratch. They make their giardiniera that tastes really good on the Tatnuck Italian sub. The soup was delicious, big chunks of vegetables, not too mushy, not too crunchy. The best lunch in town! Everything is scratch made and the woman running the kitchen is so nice and accommodating. She will make you anything to order as long as she has the ingredients.
