We LOVE Ann & Fran’s. Best breakfast on the Cape. Their fresh squeezed OJ is a treat, their fresh baked goods are amazing, and the menu items are unique and so so delicious! When the lemon poppy waffle with blueberry compote is on the specials menu, get it!

If you’re in Cape Cod this is a MUST stop for breakfast. The food is hands down absolutely start your day off delicious!! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is adorable. Seriously, the food tho! Don’t change a single thing please !

I ordered the Green Street Breakfast Sandwich. It has a frittata square with herb goat cheese, frisee dressed with lemon vinaigrette on a brioche bun and comes with a side of their homemade breakfast potatoes. It was fantastic. Great way to start the day. The sandwich is light but filling. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The place itself has great ambience with a nice Cape Cod feel. Nice and cozy.

There’s nothing about this place that’s not to love. The food was delicious! Everyone was so welcoming and lovely! Kindness was served with breakfast:) very small and cozy. I will definitely come back next time I’m town. Everything tasted very fresh! - BTW, if you see the “Closed Sign” during opening hours, chances are it’s not closed, the wind probably just turned it around. Entitling was delicious, highly recommend!
