An adorable little diner with spectacular food and an atmosphere with great staff to match. Relatively cheap considering the location, and deserving of way more attention. I cannot recommend this location enough, please skip the hotel breakfast and give this spot a try.

Just a fantastic place for breakfast. I had the harvest hash with Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, cranberries and covered by micro greens and a poached egg with marbled rye toast. My wife had the grits with braised beef with pickled onions. Absolutely the bomb and so full. Do yourself a favor and go. We got right in but it can be slow depending on turnover.
Ann & Fran's is the perfect three star review, everything is good but nothing is fantastic! It's a good breakfast spot. The pancakes are good, but lacking the very slight crisp that the better pancake places have. The scrambles are good, but it seems like the vegetables are placed on top of the eggs separately rather than actually scrambled together. There are a variety of toast options, but all seem out of a factory sliced bread loaf. Good service, though!

We stayed in the hotel across the street and ate breakfast here- the food was amazing, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Wonderful atmosphere, and really just wonderful food. Fresh squeezed orange juice, best I’ve had outside Florida. Five stars, I’d give them 6 if I could. Stop in for breakfast, you won’t be disappointed!Thanks for the coffee! ?

Picked this place because of the reviews and photos. Glad I did. It was one of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a long time. I ordered the steak and eggs. Made the way I requested, with home fries and toast and all was very good. French toast came with a small amount of fresh fruit, which was a pleasant surprise.The atmosphere is quiet, as it is not the busy season, which I is a welcome. Total cost with coffee and a pumpkin scone with cream cheese frosting, was $38 + tip. I would certainly stop in again when in the area.

Foodie fabulous breakfast on the Cape and we just bought a place 2 miles away. How lucky are we? Bacon jam, tomato jam, seasonal menu with special incredible Halloween omelette, amazing muffins and the nicest staff!. Been there at least 5 times and there is always some new delectable breakfast. Yes u may have to wait or u might get your timing just right. Love the ambiance down to the funny cape kitsch pictures in the bathrooms. Tried to buy their ketchup online-can't because everything is so special but they make it look easy. There is nothing like it anywhere.

Food is great, as is service. Chairs are the most uncomfortable I've been in. Unless you are a medium to small person, it will probably ruin your enjoyment of the meal- they are that uncomfortable.
