This food used to be so good and it still is very tasty, however the staff are very rude and they are often out of ingredients. Not sure if they changed management over the last year or so but I am so sad to come to this place and consistently be disappointed.

I used to love going to Burrito Splendid in my youth. I thought it was one of the best places ever. Lately, I have noticed that overtime the quality goes down. In St Mary’s the soda machine never works is one of my biggest pet peeves.
Plus in my opinion, Burrito Splendido could improve their customer service. My recent experience left me feeling that the interaction could have been friendlier and more attentive. The food was fine, but the service aspect didn’t meet my expectations. I feel as if the restaurant also agrees that their quality is going down when they have a sign asking for five stars in exchange for nachos and salsa.

I got a regular burrito and my boyfriend got a large - the large was significantly smaller. Asked for more to be added because he payed for a large and the two workers refused and were really rude. Really disappointed -horrible customer service - will definitely not be coming back. If I could give zero stars I would.
I went there at 9 pm and got super old, rock hard beef. Ended up having to toss the burrito, waste of money.
