We went on a Saturday evening around 6pm. It wasn't too busy, and all of the staff were very attentive and helping each other out. Kadi was our server and came around just the right amount of times. We had the hummus and brushetta which was really really good, and a 16 inch calabrese which was cooked perfectly. They had no problem substituting caramelized onions for the olives on the pizza. Holy Balls! Do you like meatballs? Carbone's meatballs are nothing short of AMAZE-BALLS. You know what would have made the balls even better? BREAD. I do not cut carbs and I would have loved to soak up the sauce with a hunk of yummy bread. I miss the days when the waitstaff just plopped off a nice bread basket. Anyways...I need to backtrack. Food is good, however I have been there a couple times & each time it seemed like the waitresses forgot about my family and I. They were also out of the things we wanted. (Like prawns and beer). I've ordered the tagliatelle multiple times and each time it was delicious; probably my new favorite pasta dish. Highly recommend, though again the service hasnt been great.
