Maps is off on this one. Cousins is closed by the looks of it. Across the street is The Nook. They do an amazing breakfast!! Fabulous and inexpensive eggs Benedict of which there are 4 selections as well as omelets. They do a great cheeseburger as well. Highly recommended indeed!!

Great service, food was great!

The drinks are good, the pricing is good, the food is tasty but the standards for quality aren't always there -- the last veggie burger I got from there I pulled a full length hair out of it and it was the same dyed colour as the waiting staff. It was revolting, since it was mixed in the burger deeply and hadn't simply fallen onto my food.I understand this kind of thing can happen and that nobody wants this to ever be their experience but....it's happened more than once and it just says to me that hairnets are being ignored, and if that's the case they're not the only ones, but I wonder what else falls to the wayside for food care.I really do want to enjoy cousins, but the hair in the food a few times is really hard to ignore, and if you're eating veggie or vegan there's not a while bunch to choose from so it kind of cripples my experience from there.I hope the prep standards step up a bit to reflect this

Cozy bar with a chill atmosphere, good draft beer, and tasteful music

A proper kitchen would be nice. Beer selection, in this age of local craft brewers, is sorely lacking. Summer patio is very nice though, only a couple in the area.

Food was delicious but was not aware I only had a small menu to look at and didn't bring my glasses.. I couldn't get any close to the menu! People seemed very nice but doesn't seem like a table service place so it made me feel strange. Good people tho and again food was amazing! It did surprise me considering its open until 2am!:)

Better veggie burger than the guys up the street that's for sure.

Earlier this fall when using our credit card to pay for our meal, we were told the first transaction didn’t go through. We ran our card through a 2nd time, we foolishly believed the staff member and didn’t keep our receipts. Our credit card statement now shows two of exactly the same transaction. The credit card company told us we needed to get the authorization code from cousins. The women I spoke to at cousins, saying she was the manager, said she couldn’t provide that code and that it was up to us to keep the receipts. So, for less than 30$, she’s willing to lose a previously satisfied customer, not to mention the truthful negative trip advisor review and the sharing of this information with our friends and acquaintances. She stumbled over her words on the phone and ended up hanging up on me when I asked if it was not worth it to her and her establishment to refund our money. Beware of Cousins.

A classic Winnipeg spot. Decent selection of beer. Some delicious food, ranging from samosas to the veggie burger. A bit of a hole in the wall that's a big hit with locals.

Lots of vegan/vegetarian options. The veggie burger is good value for money!

Very Comfortable, the only downer was no pickles. But would recommend it. Very good atmosphere

Amazing veggie burger! Unique ambiance, definitely worth a visit when in Winnipeg. The veggie burger balances flavours and textures exceedingly well. Definitely worth getting your hands messy!

Best veggie burger in town. Quaint establishment, you are not paying for bells and whistles! Great food, big portions, under$50 for 2 full dinners and a drink each. We are going back!!

They are always very friendly. They are very good at accommodating my gluten-free and Keto requirements. They have a lovely little patio. I love this place. :-)
