We got the rice noodle and dim sum. We got sat down. As we finished ordering. My family waited 15-20mins. I never like coming up to a waiter to give my order, and there were no signs of anyone coming by to check up on us. So thats what i had to do. In the meantime we did not have any table placements. No water also. By the time they served us the rice noodle, we still had no table placements. We got up and found it ourselves and placed it on the table ourselves. At this point we just had a laugh at the service and had to enjoy given what we had here. Food was nothing special. With that said, we wont be coming back here.

***food poisoning alert***This is actually 3 restaurants in one and you’ll be greeted with the usual, and somewhat rude, "You want hotpot, dimsum or soup?" meant to direct you to the right section of the restaurant. And if you don’t understand, don’t expect a caring explanation.We had soup. I was here many years ago and they had nice menus explaining everything; now you get a check list with zero explanation. My mushroom soup had everything from fishcakes, spam, corn and fake crab in it. Not being a fan of seafood, some info would have been nice. We felt they had thrown in the soup whatever was left from last night’s hotpot. Want water? You’ll be getting it yourself, and don’t expect the waitress to understand any English either, or smiling for that matter. Oh, and remember your table number because you’ll need it to pay and they won’t get it for you.Two hours after leaving the restaurant, I started feeling ill. I’ll let you imagine the rest. Took me two days to fully recover.Never again.But I will be recommending this place to all my enemies.

Love this place, food is always fast, delicious and fresh. The soup is very warming and has great depth of flavor. The rice noodles are also very unique! Been going to this place for years - reccomend the crispy chicken when it is in stock.
I used to be a loyal customer to this place. However, in the past week, they cancelled my order for more 5 times. I ordered a few snacks and appetizers and they just kept canceling my order without any apologies! If the items are not available, you should mark it and let the customer know! You shouldn’t run business like this.

It's good value around $32 per person plus an additional5 to 7 dollars for the broth. Seniors pay $19 only. Good food. A bit unorganized . We had all you can eat hotpot, includingdessert. We had no idea how & when the hotpotis coming. A bit unorganized with the the dishes. We weren't sure where we are the clean dishes. To their defence. It was quite busy. We'll be back.

Food tastes great, but take a picture of your dimsum sheet so you remember what you ordered and what arrived. It can get busy here, so some plates are delayed or possibly missed by everyone, including by you.Excellent flavor, though, so it's worth the repeat visits.Need to try the noodles and hotpot still, but looking at other table orders it looks very promising.
