This place is superlative. Amazing vegan and vegetarian options, they do NOT skip out on flavour and richness. The soup of the day allows for 2 options: vegan, and not vegan (whether it contains meat, or is vegetarian). The desserts are phenomenal. They also sell their soups and some dishes for you to take home and eat at your own leisure. The price is more than reasonable. Their pizzas are amazing. Over all this is one of the best cafe/bakeries I’ve ever been to. It’s the perfect lunch spot for all.
I'm disappointed in one thing not finding out about this place even sooner! This by far the best pizza in the city and fresh ingredients and cheese. Winnipeggers aren't doing it justice if this place is not swamped with orders! Every Friday is now Hildegard pizza night!
