Me and my family came for the first time as we entered the atmosphere everyone was wonderful when we went to get our drinks at the bar the gentleman with the bald head was not very welcoming he had a rude attitude towards us

The staff is super friendly, the crowds are always amazing! There's pool, karaoke, trivia (obviously separate nights for Trivia and karaoke). I haven't had a bad experience, it's always a blast and definitely my favourite pub the city has to offer.

do not go here, and if you do check your bill before you tap went with some friends, terrible service and we were overcharged a lot still hasn’t been resolved. They basically just scammed us out of about 60 bucks each phoned eight times to talk to the manager and just got blown off was told I would be sent a gift card. It never came, why would they do this to loyal good paying customers? I have been going there since I was 18 and will never go back. I have no doubt this is not an isolated incident three that were there that night. All have the same story.

Great smaller sized style pub restaurant, They have 2 for 1 Fish and chips every friday.Fish was cooked properly, even tho imNot a huge fan of breaded fish, it was great.Sweet potato fries had great seasoning and sauce.Service was great, no problems at all.Would eat here again.Vegetarian options: Salad is on menuDietary restrictions: YesParking: Parking is trickey, usually have to park down the street.

I was there yesterday with my friends. I asked the barman to open a tab for me as I didnt have cash. I was really feeling unwell that made me just get one drink. When I went to checkout , he rudely told me in a loud voice embarrassing me if front of everyone that I opened a tab for only one drink and moved away not even waiting for my responseMe and my friends won’t there there again to that dull place with unprofessional service and rude bartenders.

Excellent service & atmosphere. There's a pair pool tables & dart boards each along with TV's playing live games. So there is no shortage of entertainment. The service from the bartenders & waitresses is superb. They are always friendly & take pride in their job. The only complaint I have is that the food menu has committed the gravest sin of them all. Their poutine does not use cheese curds.

Ordered a poutine and wings. Wrong order showed up (no big deal). Made Fiona (the server) aware that it was the wrong order that showed up. Not only did she not correct the error but she accused my girlfriend of ordering the wrong thing.. charged us for it. Been coming to Shannon’s for years, have never had this bad of an experience.

Service is pretty abysmal here. Bartender is quite rude and they have some pretty goofy rules about their payment options. Benches are falling apart its honestly a miracle they're seating is staying together. I'd visit just to experience the terrible seating. Don't really get the hype around this place.
Nice place, great environment. It was an awesome time. We went on a karaoke night. Was a whole vibe with all kinds of people.

The WIRED
The band Tater and the Tots there is amazing! Tater and the Tots sound waves make the food taste so delicious! Try out the burger while Tater and The Tots performs! His singing voice makes the food taste so good! I cannot eat if he is not singing. I needTo hear his voice to eat the food. 10/10 recommend! Check it out!

The fish and chips were decent. Could just be their coleslaw recipe, but it tasted odd (as if not fresh) and was warm.
