Wow can't believe this Chipotle has such low reviews. But of course is full of complaints. People will go out of there way to complain but not to compliment I will say my first experience with this location wasn't the best but then again I order through DoorDash and apparently I didn't submit my order correctly I did have to drive to the location and they corrected the situation with no problem. It is right next to the marina and in between the shop Will definitely return but probably not use DoorDash

I live in town, so this location is convenient, but it is terrible. To point: the place is dirty, the rice was crunchy (this was at 7:30 p.m.), the employees were polite but not "engaged." I just go out to the Annapolis Mall location. I realize that all businesses have some days better than others, but I've been disappointed too many times to waste my time and money on this location.

We stopped in this Chipotle restaurant during a field trip. They moved the line quickly. The small dining area needed someone to tidy up. Someone spilled soda on the floor and it sat there a while. I'll be back

This restaurant barely deserves a one star. I ordered food from there and asked for extra steak & did not get that, my bowl was half full & the steak tasted old. This is the worst chipotle i've ever eaten at & they need to be shut down.

This location is always the worst out of any chipotle location I tend to. I they’re always out of things, the staff does not care, and the meats are always dry. Do not waste your time, go to the one at the mall.

Honestly this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. As a delivery person we get to lots of stores and restaurants but I really need the owner to know that the guys there gives bad services and just can't be bothered. They feel it's a bother to even respond to you when you enquire anything about your order they don't even smile they just go about as if they are being forced to. They just don't give off an positive or welcoming vibes. The have bad manners and no etiquette. It's such a Shane that the younger folks smear the good customer service the older folks used to give to customers.Owner should do something abt this

Definitely the worst location I’ve been too, been there 2 times now and both times my bowl was half the size as I normally get at other locations and the chicken was in tiny little burnt bits. Would not recommend this location

I ordered two bowls and a burrito. The burrito is half the size as normal and just look at this bowl. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid $50 for this meal. Don't ever go to this chipotle. The workers could care less what happens.

Are there last week and we were charged for an item we never got and then never got an item we requested. The employees are kind. They're trying so hard. They have great attitudes. It was a bummer to be missing stuff and overcharged.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, a bunch of employees that seem like it’s their first time working a job. I aske for corn and the last little bit is in their so the guy tilts the container of corn towards him and end up poring a bunch of corn liquid into my bowl. They also do not know how to operate a cashier or know any of the menus requirements. Never coming back.

This is probably the worst run Chipotle in the area. I know that staffing is difficult right now due to Covid, but the owner/Chipotle needs to limit hours, turn off online ordering and retrain the staff. I live in the area and have been going to this Chipotle for years and even before Covid it struggled but now it has taken a beating.I would say the biggest issue they are facing right now is a staff that feels like they don't care about their job because their a severe lack of movement from any employee, the health code practices are non-existent (observed today an employee with no head covering for her hair, people were touching their face and then putting that hand into food) and their is a lack of customer service (which is the least of the issues).I have sent in many complaints to the home office but feel the need to also write a public review so that you other people don't waste their time trying to get food here.Will hold off getting food from this location (order 1-2x a week) for awhile in hopes that they will work to get it fixed soon.
