Edit: This is for Security Square Mall location, not Mondawmin Mall. My order of cinnamon sugar nuggets was not ready when I approached the cashier to buy. I see it was being made by another staff. She mentioned two for 9 deal and I said sure. I get home with them and it was nowhere near what I used to. It wasn’t enough cinnamon sugar on these nuggets and tasted like plain pretzel. This location is poor quality in their products so I suggest go to a other mall locations for better quality. My son ate one cup of them and noticed it immediately the difference but ate it anyway as he was already craving for some sweets.

A woman brought a homeless guy some pretzels, he walked away pass 3 stores, came back and said they didn't have cinnamon on them. She dumped them in the cinnamon. I said I know you didn't dump them back in there. She was upset that I said something but had no choice but to throw the whole tray of cinnamon away. Just nasty

Guest are treated nicely and with respect. Food is is much better step than what this mall usually offers! Much needed change of pace for the area and a good selection of food.
