I used to work at Chick Fil A so I do not mean to compare, but we were never able to close down operations before close time. I’ve been a part of closing and opening teams at chick fil a. Tonight, my family of 6 wanted milkshakes. We were so excited to finally try the peppermint shakes. At the microphone we were told that we could not order shakes “because we are already cleaning the machine”. Not because they were out of peppermint chips or base, nor because the machine was down. But the closing team decided to begin cleaning before close time (which is so unsanitary). My feedback for patrons is this: if you are looking to get a “late night” bite from this Chick fil A, I would avoid if 30 minutes before close. I, personally, am not a fan of eating places where cleaning is being done around my food. My Dad (driver) insisted on still ordering a nugget meal no drink (due to the assumed proximity with the cleaning of the ice cream machine). The nuggets were great - standard experience. Albeit, the only reason we chose chick fil a of the other surrounding options was the full experience we wanted we wanted to get a shake with our meal. It was not easy to just leave the drive thru line even if we wanted to pursue other options in the window of time we were working with. The space was tight in lane 1 so we saw it through with our nugget order. Everyone else in my family opted out of getting meals after learning of the cleaning being done in the front of the house.I am a firm believer in the fact that you cannot fix what you do not acknowledge. I give 3 stars not because the team was not apologetic or because I had nothing better to do on my ride back home, but just to align experiences for others with what I know Chick Fil A stands forWe heard the shakes are SO good hopefully we can try one of these days.

I noticed that Chick-fil-A overcharged me for a kids meal. Then I learned that Chick-fil-A forced me to pay for the bag without my knowledge.
The worst Chick Fil a there is. The staff is so busy talking to each other that they won’t notice you’re waiting to order nor will they prepare your food in a timely manner after they do notice you. I patronized this location twice and both times my order was wrong when I got home. I will never return to this location.

I asked for a spicy deluxe with no tomatoes and 5 count grilled nuggets. The guy ring me up for a regular deluxe and regular nuggets. I had to repeat to him. Finally I received my food after long wait just to find out that he charge me for a spicy deluxe no lettuces and extra tomatoes. ?

It took the crew a while to realize that I was there as they were talking to each other. Food tasted so bad they I disposed of it after just tasting one fry.
