I love Chipolte, let me start off saying that. However, this particular location is tragic. I don't know if the staff is taking it home but this location almos NEVER have what they call "fajitas", I call it the green pepper and onion mix. Listen, they are either taking it home or not ordering enough. I can't speak for anyone else but the green pepper and onion mix is what makes the bowl great for me. Chipolte has lost a lot of my business simply because they did not have the fajitas; I don't want it without it.Also, this location is often often dirty. The utensil area and the food preparation area usually has food spilled everywhere. This location does not believe in signage or customer service. Once I waited in line (it was not short) ordered my bowl, only to get to the end and be told, "Cash/Exact change" only. What happened to putting a sign up on the door alerting the customers beforhand?This location at one time was one of the best, unfortunatley they are probably one of the worst now.

I was about to sit down and eat and already had a drink with me. I ask for a courtesy cup and they said they “don’t do that anymore” so I walked out. I just couldn’t support somewhere that isn’t able to accommodate customers supporting their business.

The person working mobile orders needs to understand the people ordering are told to go to the shelf for their order instead you have to go to this girl w a bad attitude. My confusion shouldn’t anger you.

When you think things couldn’t get worse, This location really needs to sort things out, You order online and things are missing or the wrong order is given to you.You go in to order and the line is literally 30 deep and going slower than the MVA.Im running late for lunch so decide to park up, I go in wait two minutes because there’s no line! fantastic! Then get told sorry online orders onlyYou might as well just close the doors indefinitely.Worst chipotle, I’ve ever been to….

This chipotle need older more sensible people working there. My twins and I visited to get some burrito bowls. My twins got a chicken bowl a piece I shower got a chicken bowl with extra chicken add barbacoa. I get towards the end to pay the two employees one I find out was a manager gave my children large cups without asking the parent could they order a soda. Why let a minor order anything they can’t even see over the counter (super weird). The manager then heard me say I’m not paying for drinks that I didn’t give them permission to purchase. I then pay a notice they double charged me for barbacoa how do you overcharge me get another manager to refund me just to double charge me instead of double refund me. I received no apology for the inconvenience and the woman with all the hair on top her head and the glasses looked at me like there was no problem. Very unprofessional

They seem to be out of everything I want to try cheese on mine, and also has mozzarella. Why do they have mozzarella? It’s a Mexican type restaurant shouldn’t they have Mexican type cheese like the other stores do. They didn’t even have the white cheese. Everything looked old the guac was kind of brown. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.

This store hardly ever has vegetables for the dishes they sell if you order in person,they have 2 stations, 1 for online,1 for in person they won't take vegetables from the online station,while when the vegetables for the people that are in person are out of vegetables ,they are out for the day.Poor business, I am done with Chipotle.

This Chipotle experience was by far the most disappointing I've ever had. As a regular customer, I frequent Chipotle often, but this visit to the 41st location (Worst location ever) was a regrettable decision. The atmosphere was dismal, with employees who seemed disinterested and treated customers as though they were a nuisance. Despite there being five workers visible, only one person was managing both the food line and cash register.To add to the frustration, after waiting for fajitas, they were mistakenly taken to the online order line. When I mentioned I don't consume meat, I was informed I could choose something else or go elsewhere. This lack of accommodation was disappointing. Despite being assured a 15-minute wait for freshly cooked fajitas, after 10 minutes, they hadn't even begun cooking them.Despite the minimal customer traffic, the inefficiency persisted, leaving me with no choice but to leave. I've since reached out to the general manager to express my concerns about the abysmal customer service at this location. It's clear they need to either improve their staffing or consider closing this location altogether. The rudeness exhibited by some employees, particularly those who claimed to be managers, was unacceptable.Zero Stars!

When arrived I was told that they were not accepting any orders except online. It is simply unacceptable to have customers drive all the way to the store only to be denied service an hour and a half before closing because they haven't already ordered online. The location should simply shut down for in-person orders after a certain hour if they cannot handle the volume of online business and change the sign on the door that reads "now open for dine-in". Does the company expect customers to call every time they are thinking of going to the store in case the on-line business is overwhelming?

This was my first time ordering from here, and they did not disappoint. The portion was for two good servings. It was just a little too spicy for me, but I ate it anyway. I would order from here again.
