I go after work. There crew there is wounderful. Dunkin is lucky to have such a customer centered team. By the time I get to the counter my order is already waiting doe me, WOW now that's impressive :)This is my very favorite location. I go out of my way yo go there!!!Parking: Easy in and outKid-friendliness: You can tell they want to help you and are happy to do so.

Very friendly & jovial staff. The establishment is clean, spacious with ample seating inside and out. It’s not a drive-thru but I could have used the steps anyway. My order was done correctly and they even offer free Wi-Fi which I don’t see in this chain too often, but definitely a PLUS. I was in this area visiting and I looked this location up in my phone, good choice, no disappointments here.

I was wowed. Customer service has been on a decline in my eyes but employees here are restoring my faith. I was greeted with genuine smiles, everyone was cheerful. (Even the younger ones) plus, my food and coffee was finished in about 2 minutes. For a quick coffee run this was pleasant.

The donuts at this location use to be amazing but they stopped making fresh donuts in house and have resorted to getting them shipped in daily. Nothing fresh about them. The coffee is still great and the employees are wonderful. Please go back to making fresh donuts. It makes a world of

Busy as all get out, ZERO sense of urgency from the staff, dangerously small parking lot that is not able to accommodate rushes, and their self order kiosks don't let you customize your munchkin order. It looks like it just automatically decides how much of what kind of munchkin they're going to give you. Then of course when I wanted to get back in line, by that point it was to the door and not moving. I left and went to the one further down Harford, where I was in and out of the drive thru in two minutes flat. Would not recommend this location.

Dunkin’ in general is very hit and miss but I was told specifically by the staff that they don’t make the doughnuts in store and get a delivery so if they’re out of what you want they can’t make it… oh except the plain glazed doughnuts in the back that they could get to fill my order. To top off not being able to get a simple jelly doughnut the doughnuts I was given were stiff which leads me to believe they were delivered days ago and just sit on the shelf until they sell. The coffee I ordered was made fresh but incorrectly and aside from the prepackaged lemon bread I have yet to try it was a wasted 24 dollars. I’d visit a different location even if you have to drive a bit to get there.

Tariq (I hope I didn’t spell that wrong) deserves employee of the year award.I had a pretty bad day and Tariq took time to be just be a nice person with a hard work ethic and showed excellent customer service skillshe’s a huge asset to the team and I hope he gets the proper recognition from his bosses. he deserves a raise and to be truly valued as an employee.
