It tastes good, but the food comes so late that you are starving. After waiting so long, every meal tastes delicious.

Do not waste your money. Paid $20 for an “entree” and left hungry (and angry) after trying to eat a totally bland and flavorless meal. I never leave reviews but this place is a joke.

Ordered salmon over salad and an order of lamb and chicken over rice (not pictured). The salmon didn't have any flavor until I added the tiziki sauce. The lamb was dry and a little tough. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. The naan bread was barely warm and very tough, it did not taste like it was fresh. Salad tasted very fresh, roasted veggies were delicious.

The food is consistently good and an excellent value. Service varies at it gets very busy and staff get overwhelmed. When it’s slow, they are always friendly and efficient. My order has always been right and done on time or faster. Atmosphere is clean and typical for counter service restaurant.

Friendly but slow service with average food and a cold dining area made for a sub-par dining experience. Not terrible but definitely not great.

They don't have dolmeh. It is on their menu for takeout but every time I order it I don't get any (this is the third time)

The very sweet lady who took my order was the best part of the whole experience. The food was ok but overpriced. I got stuffed great leaves and the lamb kabob. The stuffed grape leaves were tasty but served cold. ( I didn't realize they were not served warm). I could have gotten the same from the grocery store for a bit cheaperThe chunks of lamb were well seasoned but very tough and six small chunks of lamb in a bowl by themselves for $10 seems like a rip off.The place is very clean, but feels cold and impersonal. I guess that's why it was.Pretty empty when I was there. I assume they won't last very long at this rate.

The chicken was actually not bad but everything else was a failure. The salad contained only 1 olive and one cube of feta. The sandwich was nothing but spinach and a few raw mushrooms. We were waiting over 30 for preparation of our food with no other customers present in this "fast" food place.

I ordered Falafel and Ground Lamb Kabob with Rice & Salad for takeout. I paid $21.71, which was not bad. I also inhaled it for lunch and dinner, so it was good enough. The entree is a large portion, enough for 2 meals. Kabob was quite good; fatty, well-spiced and moist, also tasted a bit of liquid smoke. I could be wrong. Up to you whether that's bad or good, or even if you taste it. Rice was pretty good, and the house salad dressing was very good, but the salad was sad and wilty --that is not unique however, I don't go to any place like this expecting good iceberg-based salad. It also came with bread, which was, in fact, pita as described on the menu and not nuun. That surprised me actually. Why DO they serve pita?Kind of chewy and commercial-tasting. The falafel was moist, but pale green and I got one or two small bursts of flavor per piece. Yes, kheyr o mast is very good on it, but it should stand better alone. I walked in to pick up and kind of stood there and waited for the worker to turn around for a minute or so because I was thinking about other things, so I guess that was my fault. So service was neither remarkable nor terrible. I'm not sure why Yelp lists this as "Casual, Classy" because it's a fast casual place and pretty much fast food. Maybe somebody thought it was classy because it is slightly dimmer inside than you might expect? It has tables but I don't think it's primarily a sit down restaurant, at least during lunch. In sum: the quality and taste of the food was average and portion size large for a pretty good price. I would probably eat it again and I would try their doogh and specials, but I won't go out of my way to because it's nowhere near as good as Persian fast casual could be.

Typical counter order fare, good but not anything special. I'd eat there again.
