The food is still good, but it's no longer the true restaurant experience. There is no waitress that comes to take your order, and you have to order your food at the counter. When your food is ready, you go pick it up at the counter, and it comes already in boxes. You basically are at a carryout now.

I went with a friend and we split an order of breadsticks + we each got a personal pan pizza. The service was prompt and the food came out nice and warm - the breadsticks were especially good, with generous garlic & cheese - so no complaints there. The inside still looks like it's the 90s, which is not at all a complaint; it was a nice bit of nostalgia to go with a tasty meal! We'll definitely be back for more.

Ordered a pan pepperoni pizza with bacon and recieved thin crust with bare spots and only 2 slices having bacon and cheese. When going to pick up my pizza the worker was not wearing gloves and was using his bare hands to grab toppings to put on the pizzas. I asked him to please put on gloves because he had pulled his pants up and touched non food items and then went back to sprinkle cheese on top of a pizza he was putting in the oven. He refused to put on gloves and said it is company policy to use bare hands and that corporate will verify this. Absolutely disgusting to know that he was proud of not wear gloves. I threw my pizza away when I got home because I redeemed it for free so no refund was needed. I will never eat at this location again.

Literally second time in two months I’ve ordered a pizza, added meatballs and there were none on the pizza. You call to speak to them and ask t just rings and rings. Useless!

Scrolling and looking at all the reviews below and it's clear to me why the service is bad. The manager here "Chris" with the dreads... Is terrible. Horrible attitude and doesn't help his staff or customers. He needs to go. The other gentleman named Christopher with an Afro is running this place by himself. Whoever owns this place should make a change. Hopefully the Christopher with the dreads doesn't own it because it will remain empty in here.

I ordered on saturday some brownie 2 pizzas and some wings My brownie was all smushed and the pizza cheese was off the pizza seems like driver dropped his hot bag, then when i called they told me they cannot look up thru my phone number i gave, even tho i gave them my home adderess, but they still insisted for reciept which driver havent given us and hung up the phone on me then i myself had to get to the store with that messed up food......... PATHETIC SERVICE, rude, ....... and still wasnt refunded my money totally b.s....
