I just had the worst experience at a Wendy's ever. The young lady in the drive was very rude and Combative for no reason at all. She got extremely smart and basically just threw my bag of food in my vehicle. As I gave her my card to pay she is talking about us out loud as if we had done something to her. I was as Polite as can be and she still was extremely Rude. I got the loaded nacho cheeseburger and it had nothing but cheese sauce on it. No lettuce , tomato, crunch of tortilla straps or crispy corn. It had nothing but cheese sauce. I hope that I can post a picture. Wendy is my go to fast food spot but after this experience not no more that's how bad it was. Again extremely Rude and smart mouth for no reason at all. Very sad Representation of wendy's!!

I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger. It's supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mayo. Instead, I got ketchup, onions, pickles, and mustard. I can't eat onions, I hate pickles, and I don't like mustard. Ruined the whole burger for me, and of course I didn't know any of this until I was too far away to go back and have them fix it.

Only car in the entire drive through and they still can't manage to give us straws. I understand forgetting minor stuff if it's busy, I've worked fast food. But leaving straws out of someone's bag when they're the ONLY order you're currently working on is just embarrassing.
Good place to purchase my favorite drink and frosty.

I am torn between saying the food was typical of Wendy's standards and the cashier at the counter was substandard in getting my order wrong including her attitude that taking my order was an intrusion to her time.

I was placing my fiancé order in the drive thru so we ordered a Cobb Salad with no cheese because we had gotten the same thing yesterday, but the young lady that was taking the order was very rude!! I’m sure what was going on she kept anything else so I ordered the drink then she said it again so I got upset because Customer Service is VERY IMPORTANT! I came there yesterday even though I had to wait for my salad the young lady was still PROFESSIONAL and made sure that I was ok and APOLOGIZED about the wait!
