I have attached my order receipt along with what i received. There was no one available to contact and ask them about my wrong order.
They are not ready to change the wrong item, and they didn't give any sauces that i ordered.

I want my money back for the items which i paid and i didn't got.

By far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly rude and always claim their credit card machine is down and also refuse cash payment so I can’t even order anything half of the time. The drink machine in the dining area is always out of sodas and I have to use the one behind the register counter any time I have eaten here. The employees are just awful and don’t want to do their jobs. I love Wendy’s, but I am no longer going to keep trying this place.

I came to this location today at 8:24 and waited in the drive-thru for about 6 minutes to be served. The girl in the drive-thru was very bitter and rude. The service was horrible. I do not recommend coming to this place. Avoid a bad time for yourself...

Don’t waste your time going here. Waited in the drive thru in front of the speaker for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked “Hello” with no response. Eventually, employee said “Hi give me a minute”. At this point I’ve already given them many minutes, but sure. Finally got to order 20 minutes later only for them to say they were out of what I wanted. Employees don’t care or respect the customers time. Very unprofessional. Stay away!

I have been eating here for a while, and it's been hit or miss. I usually go thru drive thru because I am in a hurry to get to a customer somewhere, and have found a few times, my combo missing something. I always chalked it up to an honest mistake, and don't worry about it. Well now when you buy a combo, even if you specifically ask for the basic combo, as priced on the board, they upcharge your order. The first time they did this, I asked and was told they were told to do that. This time, I specifically asked for the combo and by the price. They still upcharged me. I had a line of cars behind me, but I did ask the employee at the window and was told they are all upcharged a size now. Didn't even offer to fix it for me. Not an huge issue here and there, but as a road tech, eating out often, it adds up. I won't be coming back here.
