This is a Starbucks kiosk located inside of a Safeway grocery store. It's the most convenient Starbucks in the Bethesda area because you can park for free in the Safeway lot. The other Starbucks locations in Bethesda don't have parking lots attached and you have to pay to park at a meter, if you can even find an open one.
