They loosing a lot of workers because they not paying people on time but expect them to work with no money for gas or food or anything and most of them got kids and babies that need diapers like come on now.

I went here last night and it was terrible!!! If i could give a hald of star I would, only because my boyfriends food was o.k. So I ordered rhe bourbon chicken and shrimp, brocclii instead of the mash potatoes and NO MUSHROOMS!! One our waitress was no great, not personable or so-so, she has a wet towel attitude. Secondly, when i get my plate, I see mash potatoes. She said, the cook put them on the plate before I could say something. (Why wasn't it put in the system, no mash potatoes?!!) Third, a whole lot of mushrooms, alot! The waitress didn't care, she just put the order in didn't customize it, nothing, and I know you can, I use to be a waitress! The only thing they did was take-off $4.40 off a 47.00 bill and the only thing that was ate was the chicken! DO NOT COME HERE, IF I COULD HAVE DINED AND DASHED I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE! To say the least our waitress only checked on us ONCE, ONCE! I wasted my money and time, I will nevwr come back here and I see why they are never packed!! Save your money and go to Texas Roadhouse or Outback.

Applebees is my favorite chain resturaunt. And it's SUCH a shame that the one we live by sucks so bad. Every year on my birthday I get to choose dinner. Every year I choose applebees and my bf is upset about it but he loves me so he agrees. And every year I have to deal with him complaining about the food and I understand why. Both his daughter and he chose grilled chicken meals and if the ppl from this applebees are reading this, CLEAN UR F'ING GRILL!! Their meals were DISGUSTING...chenical taste to the chicken,And u can taste how dirty ur grill is....so yuck. Broccoli severly over-cooked, as were the noodles. My burger was not medium....over cooked, no pink what-so-ever...fries are ALWAYS cold...WAY over cooked breadstick. I don't know why I bother and I'm pretty sure this is the last birthday I will be ordering from u. I'll be calling corporate to demand our money back for sure. MONEY back. NOT replacement food. Becuz we don't want ur food from this applebees anymore. I was wishing and hoping and praying that u changed ur ways since last year...that there might be a chance to get my bf to agree to eat there more than once a year. No such wish was granted.

Such an absolute terrible of a wait! I came in here to have dinner and had to wait for my entree for 2 hours! Server was really nice and felt bad about such a lot wait jut jeez!!

I tried to come in to have lunch on 2/19/24 about 3pm after a Dr's visit since I was nearby. Not very busy. The hostess had to ck w a server since short staffed. Saw server, hostess & who found out was Mgr who just came in discussing. Was told after 10 min it would be 20 min wait. The time it took to ck I could have sat @ empty table @ be served. I'm 1 person. The Mgr could have waited on me. Bad mgmt. No one else waiting. Very disappointed. Get your act together.

Service was terrible. Place was dirty. Table was sticky. Felt like we are forgotten about. Food was terrible. Chicken tenders were small and barely any chicken. Nacho chips were overly salty. Just a bad experience. Went a few months ago also and just had the same experience. Was hoping to have a better experience thisngo around.

You have got to be kidding me, I'm in the Applebees and the service is unbelievably slow, but the kicker is ain't that many people in the restaurant. My grandson food came out, mines came out almost 30 minutes later. I didn't say anything, glad my little guy was eating. We didn't get a follow up or anything after the food was finally brought out. I ordered a dessert, my grandson wanted his own dessert after mines came out, well she never came back to check and was bringing the check. I had to call the restaurant while seated in the restaurant to get service and still no service. I asked for the manager, 15 minutes I'm still waiting. I paid my check and left. Do better please.
Nice serving size.Server carryout gave excellent selections on sides.Garlic Brocolli serving good have given more on that side

Food is good, but the service here is seriously lacking. Wait time regarding the server is too long (came when the place was near empty) and interactions from the server is platonic at best.Might as well spend your money at Wendy’s next door…

Food was okay. Alcohol eh. I guess stick to what is on the menu. Ordered a spiked lemonade and it tasted like water, lemon juice and a shot of vodka. Like from a bartender I would have expected better. Waitress was not good. Had like two other people bring us our food.
