I don’t know what the problem is with this location but my last 3 orders have not been correctly fulfilled when placed online. The latest being a breakfast sandwich. I ordered the Sausage Egg Cheese on a Brioche Bun. Arrived at store to pick it up checked the receipt on bag and looked in bag and appeared everything was correct. When I arrived home opened the sandwich my sausage mysteriously became bacon…. It’s just super simple things that they just can’t seem to get right. It is almost like the kitchen staff cannot read or understand English. (See Photo Receipt) it clearly says SAUS at the end for sausage. I would imagine if I ordered bacon it would have said BACN at the end.If the management can get the online orders correct I would be more then willing to return but at this point I’m 3 for 3 with there online ordering and each time it was not correct. The first time I ordered bread bowls and received the soup but no bread bowl. The second time I ordered a sandwich with Lettuce only and received a sandwich fully loaded.Bottom line is if you don’t mind not getting what you order then this is your best place to order form.

Panera Bread is a national chain and I say that for several reasons.... They have awesome sandwiches, soups and desserts. This one was a bit confusing as you order at one counter and pick up your order at a different one without being informed by staff or signage. I ordered a diet coke/Pepsi (I don't remember the brand they serve) and a water.... I received one cup .... When I found the beverage dispenser.... The dirt was broken with a sign on it.In the end everything worked out good. Staff was helpful . They were having a busy day so I can understand the minor things. If it is your first time I would ask a lot of questions. Overall I had a good time.

The place is not well kept. I'm not sure what's hard about emphasizing the necessity for being extremely tidy and clean when it comes to public eating establishments. Store should cleaned corner to corner every night, folk preparing food should wear masks and cover their hair and change gloves frequently, bathrooms cleaned twice per shift, customers advised not to lean at the food service counter or stand over the food while waiting, tables promptly cleared, and area bussed quickly after customers dining or even partially bussed as customers finish eating, floor vacuumed frequently. Each day, every day, from door open to door close. People are watching and simply going somewhere else. No one's that hungry to put up with stomach-turning sights when visiting a Panera. Panera brand used to stand for gourmet dining, and that proffer reflected the higher pricing compared to the other competitors for a time. But now it seems that panera has forgotten what gourmet means, which is not only bespoke and quality food but also a dining experience. Management, please spend the money, pay the workers more, hire more skilled supervisors and managers, pay the well-experienced trained supervisors and staff more, and create the dining experience. The people who value it will come. What else isn't there to do with the revenue?

I guess the California md Panera hates veterans because despite almost every other location offering a free bagel and coffee on vets day, they refused. Not only the manager was so rude about it, not sure her name but she had short blonde hair and was heavy set with a nasty attitude.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted, Aliyah recommended the Fuji apple salad after listening to my debates! It was delicious and she was so sweet and helpful! This is my new favorite place!! Thanks Aliyah and thanks Panera!!

So very disappointed in your food. We ordered half turkey. BLT with avocado and a green godess Cobb salad, a flat bread pepperoni pizza, and pepperoni baguette sandwich.Salad came with no green goddess dressing, and way too much kale.Flat bread pizza was dry, dry, dry. Not enough sauce or cheese.Baguette sandwich was too much bread and not enough meat, sauce, or cheese. We will not order from Panera again!

I order 2 cheese soufflés and they weren’t cooked this morning. I did door dash they only gave me 5.00 credit however Panera Bread should be refunding me my entire meal. It was gross and not happy. The Panera bread in California, MD is the worse I have experienced in store and door dash. You don’t follow same food guidelines as the other stores do. I travel for work so I see huge difference.
