Lately this place has taken a major turn downhill today was the worst yet coffee had curdled cream in it and tasted sour couldn’t even drink it had to throw away 7 dollar drink!

They're so rude at this location they don't make any drink right the first time and what's up with this one guy who when he cleans the steamer he wipes the front of it with the edge of the rag with two fingers and then push the button to make it Steam to clean the nozzle he's also the most unfriendly I'll have to get his name next time I'm in there so I can review him personally I try not to go to Starbucks in St Mary's County because of the lack of skill my driving all the way to Lusby sometimes is daunting

Update: Last visit was a bit of a disappointment. Ten minutes to make a drink, once ordered, should not be acceptable. I've seen them busier than on my last visit, and I do not recall it ever taking as long. It almost seemed the orders from inside customers imposed on the barista's conversation.I don't come here often, but when I do, they have always been cheerful, helpful, and get your order right.

This is the consistently busiest Starbucks I have ever been a regular at. Unfortunately this is the only location in the county other than the one in the Target which does not have a drive through. In the morning it's a minimum 15 to 20 minute wait to get a cup of coffee. The employees work hard and well staffed that place is just that busy.

My order was wrong this morning, so I had to drive back to get my correct order and when I got there I asked the manager if I can get something for free due to me coming from callaway and having to drive all the way back and she said “we don’t give out anything free” I told her that I’m only asking because you got my order wrong and I had to drive back. The manger said “ well your bag must of got mixed up someone else” I understand mistakes happen, but me receiving the wrong order and having to drive back, I should have been given something in return especially when I always spend money there as well. The manager didn’t even apologize. I know I could have checked my order before I left but my order never been wrong at Starbucks, and it should have been right anyway. Maybe it was just the manger that was working there because I never had issues with Starbucks until now.

This is a pretty decent Starbucks. Considering the location they always seem to be slammed...no other locations close by(that I know of). Employees are mostly really nice. However, the one's that aren't make you think twice. There was one that literally had all of the order stickers stuck to his arm. Wow! Then an order that he was preparing must have said no whipped cream because he poured out just enough for the whipped cream to fall off then put a lid on it and gave it to a drive thru customer. OMG! What if that person what lactose intolerant or worse Alergic. Go inside for a much better experience!

This Starbucks makes the worst drinks I’ve ever had! It a minute drive from house and I’d rather go to target. I always try n give them another chance and always end up with the same disappointment. Over it! Hopefully they learn how to make better drinks in the future. Also you will be on line for at least 30 mins! It’s ridiculous and not worth my time.Edit to add. I get a mobile order that is exact and if u follow it it should be no problem right. Yea not at this Starbucks. U ask for no foam and u get foam. I asked to make it over and the guy got a attitude and made it over with foam! So now I will be contacting corporate. If I’m spending $10 for a drink the least u can do is make it right!

Went to have a small meeting with a guy about his businesses services. We were there about 45 mins total and we were never acknowledged by staff being the only people around pretty much the entire time. The menu is too high priced, and the service wasn't great. Employees seemed very unhappy.
