Worst one I've ever been too. We will not be going back to any of the stores. Especially since they couldn't help fix my my wife's order who is in the car going into labor. These people have 0 respect for you or your money or YOU. dont bother wasting your hard earned money or time here. Oh did I mention I sat at the pick up counter for 15 mins waiting after several people went in and out and they dint even care to see what your waiting on . Seriously worse business.

As much as I love this franchise, this location has a pattern of watered-down smoothies. I could order the exact same drink at a different location and I'm not exaggerating when I tell you both the taste and consistency will be better elsewhere.

This was the worst Tropical Smoothie I have ever been too. This was the first time we have ever visited it since moving here. It's was just awful. Way too much ice in it, as soon as I took a sip it was just watered down. I get the same exact thing everytime I go. Which has been my order for over a year. The staff seemed super disorganized during their lunch rush maybe it's because they were busy, but it was absolutely horrible. I couldn't ask for a refund or for them to make it again because I had somewhere I needed to get to. I still have no idea if I will even try them ever again. So, try your drink before you leave.

Will never return to this store. Had a racial encounter by an associate, I contacted the store and absolutely nothing was done, not even an apology, so it’s clear they do not take racism serious in this establishment. Lesson learned.Update: Received a gift card for a free smoothie for the incident but honestly that doesn’t make up for how that employee made me feel. I appreciate the gesture but I won’t be back.

Good drinks decent food for on the go but whatever you do don't order the consumable straws. I try and do better by paying the dollar extra for the consumable one but no matter how much I order the same exact thing and no matter how much I call to have it fixed and no matter how many times I pay for that consumable straw, the workers can't seem to read at a 1st grade level to ever deliver the consumable straw with the order.
