I LOVE WENDY'S. I ordered late the other night n needed Uber drop,,, SO my food was hot but they forgot my cookie and gave the wrong size chicken nuggets! But I will continue to eat at Wendy's! Nuggets and chocolate chip cookies are my favorite snacks!!!

Went there today with my girlfriend and the lady was very nice and she was trying but we must have told her 5 times we wanted and she said the order back a number 7 and 6pc nugget and the sandwich is supposed to be just cheese no we got nugget meals and when I go back for the sandwich she hands me very rudely so I check and make sure the sandwich has just cheese on it does not it has everything but cheese so I go back in and tell the guy it was supposed to be just cheese he was very rude about re making it don’t go here

Order breakfast biscuits to go. When we pulled from window to check order because one person doesn't eat eggs sandwiches had egg so we went back around and gentleman working window when I spoke to him was very rude. Did you read the coupon? He also Charge $3 for a order of potatoes and I thought it was a combo deal. When I question him he was very rude and I wasted money and a Wendy's customer. Monitor your employers actions with your customers.
