The food is off the hook, the service is top notch, and so are the prices.And if that wasn't enough, they have an incredible Bakery. There cakes and pies are to die for. You can order cakes and pies over the phone or online.Vegetarian options: They have a wide variety of vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly. I order the oyster app which was $13.99 no problem cause is seafood,when I got my oyster they had no taste over cooked them I ask the lady what they cook them in and she didn’t no(wow), but the first thing she said we don’t do refunds on seafood ok but I didn’t as for a refund, nobody came to me to as me about my food , bad service coming from a manger in hospitality,never will i return there

Absolutely the best Crab Cakes and Coconut cake I have ever eaten. All the different things we have eaten here have been utterly fantastic. The onion rings and sweet potato fries are a must. The bread pudding is excellent

If I could get 0/5 I would. I used to go to Kay's as a child/teen and it was always such a good homey feeling. I haven't been in probably 5-7 years or so. Yesterday me and my friend went in around lunch time there was only one family sitting down and they were paying and leaving. This place was a ghost town. The waitress didn't even come out to us and the older woman who brought me my tea just seemed off. There was a man in the back cursing and also saying "this isn't that kind of place" Im not sure if it was because the way I was dressed or what. Also we were getting the vibes they didn't wanna serve us. It seriously made me and my friend uncomfortable so we got up and left. I paid for my tea and all that but I will never be back again. This place seems like it's stuck in the past with an outdated menu. Maybe they were just having a bad day, still pretty disappointing.

1. Only 1 person serving the food, and only 1 cook today. I dont know about everyday but they were hiring. Excellent service for doing the entire restaurant all yourself.2. The food was perfect. All of us were very happy with it.3. Would gladly come again. Prices aren't outrageous either

I gave her two stars because the food was delicious but the waitress that we had at our table Miss autumn was absolutely rude I don't even see how she made it to management I haven't been in the Cambridge area and 22 years and it's clearly see that racism is still very much alive in Cambridge from the time we walked in her attitude was just I was so appalled by her attitude did I just I almost didn't even order no food my sister had to tell me like three different times to order food because I really didn't want to eat there she sobbed for number one like she didn't even want to wait on us then she talks to another customer about how much stuff was ordered at our table and said it loud enough for us to hear it everybody else in the restaurant that was white was called sweetie or hun or something to that effect but when it came to our table it was just a very short and words were cut off like I will never go back and I hate to say that because it's not everybody's fault there but if she's at Katie's restaurant I will not give my money there and our bill was almost $120 it wasn't like we was in there just spinning get $30 worth of food like our bill was a high bill so yeah it was very unacceptable for me very unacceptable and I've done management before and I understand y'all was slow on understand that but the way she treated our table because it was African-American it was not cool
This restaurant has a special place in my heart! I've ate here over 10 times and have zero complaints. It's a must visit if you are driving in or through Eastern Shore, MD . I typically eat breakfast here, but have also tried several of their lunch items. The food is delicious and made with every ounce of love. Plus, the service is excellent! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and that you have a pleasant experience. Currently, wait times are longer than normal. Especially for the morning rush and around holidays but they will still seat you quickly and at least grab you a beverage while you wait. Check out a few of my favorite menu items: Breakfast ~ House Omelette (with fresh crab meat) - I order this every time ~ Pancakes (buttery and fluffy) ~ French Toast ~ Grits (not overly salted so I can add sugar) ~ Belgium Waffle ( large portion and shareable) Lunch ~ Crab cake sandwich ~ Crab Quesadillas ~ Crab Dip Basically anything with crab meat. PS Katie is the best server I've ever encountered. She always have a smile on her face and checks on you frequently.

Love this place. Clean and friendly and good down home cooking. Everything we've tried there has been great. Fried otter sandwich was particularly great. Never had the pies because were so full from lunch, but they always look tempting.

Well I went back for the lunch I stated I would and all my gosh the bestest fastest Burger I have had in a long time they were short-staffed that day but she would never think it and it was a full house I can't wait to come back and bring my whole family
