They messed up my online order I had tuna they messed my bread up I asked for sour dough but I'm already home ill just eat it they only put half a spoon scoop of tuna my sandwich had more tomatoes nd bread then tuna ..do better or I'll spend my money where I get my dollar

We order out from here occasionally because it's nearby and has moderately healthy options, but I've finally had one too many bad experiences with this location. Always out of stock of ingredients, frequent errors, poorly made items. Today I ordered a half Bacon Avocado Melt. There was literally one single sad slice of avocado - unfortunately not the first time I've gotten food from here that was like this. Don't disappoint yourself, just go somewhere else

I highly recommend the Panera on Rt 40. The food is good, the staff is very friendly & service is fast! I go here for lunch everyday because the staff is so outstanding.

This is one of the worst place to order. Ordered on the app waited 20 minutes then had to wait additional 15 minutes to get the order. Then i got an alert prior to it being ready that it was already made.

Friendly staff and spacious. However, their ice machine needs to be cleaned ASAP. There is so much mold where the ice is dispensed.

Good food, fast service. Excellent location to meet up with a friend for brunch, lunch or dinner. The convenient location allows you to enjoy a break then continue with whatever items on your list of things to do. There is lots of seating and natural light - nice spot to telework if you need a change of scenery.Service is quick and food always delicious. Hence , I started eating and almost forgot to take a picture. Ha!

Wow I should have read the reviews before we attempted to dine here..there were 6 of us...all ordering individuallySo it wasn't a huge unexpected party we chose 10am to beat the breakfast and lunch rush...filthy location...heard & observed the absolutely deplorable way customers in front of us were treated, ignored & spoken to...we ended up leaving headed to another location..had a wonderful experience....I truly feel these issues r above management's head...corporate really should step-in and clean house...that may be the only way to salvage not only their reputation in the community including the entire establishment...a true embarrassment for the Panera name...

I ordered a chicken noodle soup, when I got home I had a broccoli soup, I honestly don't mind the mistake because we are humans and we can make them, I drove 8 minutes back to Panera and the same person who gave me the order attended to me again, her name is Marina, I read it on her chest, I identified her as the manager not because her ability to handle a wrong order or her leadership in that team of people who don't seem to care about their custome, I identified her as manager because he dressed differently than others.Marina yelled to the kitchen "give me a chicken nooddle soup" and look back to me saying there is no more bugette, I asked her to give me the bugette from my wrong order, she responded "ok buddy", there was never an apology, it seems that Marina had a bad day and the customers at the end of the day have to pay for it, I just want someone to contact Marina and let her know that the customers at the end of the day and those who spend 7 dollars on a Chicken Soup deserve to receive a better quality of customer service.Thank you.

I ordered 2 bowls of Cheddar Broccoli Soup, one container and the other bread bowl.Well I got the bread bowl and baguettes but no SOUP! They gave me 2 containers of shell macaroni and cheese... I was highly upset when I got home, to say the least. The service was unacceptable, a lot of joke time and silliness going on.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN ANY SEMBLANCE OF A HURRY. I ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, a banana and a smoothie. It said it would be about 10 minutes, no biggie. I show up at the time it says it was supposed to be ready, and they’re not. Again, no biggie, I’ll wait. It took an additional 15 minutes later to receive my order, and they didn’t toast one of my bagels, AND I was missing a cream cheese I paid for. The people were nice, just it took forever and my order was wrong.
