I think this is my first ever rating I cant quite remember but I will write this review for anyone that does use yelp. This is 100% the worst subway i've been too so A+ to them for having bad attitudes and nothing good to say. They have First they have blockers in front of the counter so you can't see them mess up your food which is a hazard to some incase they misplace any food and instead of remaking it they continue making the sandwich to any one that has a allergy. Also I don't care but it's a customer service job to have somewhat of a good attitude and atleast say "hello" but nope I get a "What do you want" and nothing more. The last thing I'm guessing the manager there is some older gentleman that has been there awhile was very rude for no apparent reason and had no help in using my subway app cause it was not being used properly. After multiple tries of him messing something up so simply as to scan my app he says it doesn't work like that helps me at all so I said it's fine. Then i go forward to pay with a gift card and he says "oh" and huffs and puffs and says "give me that" then says doesn't work I have to restart everything and he says it's fine he doesn't want to restart and asked if I had another way to pay which I did but I had a gift card for a reason. Last thing some girl in there was listen to music touching her airpods and her hair while making food which is also unsanitary.

They got mice inside the store the customer service is slow and terrible. There was more veggie and sauce thanmeat on my sub. Never would eat here again
It isnt the same since Birdies bought the Burch Mart Stores in the area. All of them are far less customer orientained and the quaily of the staff has dropped. I have had major debit card issues at 2 of the locations since they took over??? Even my associate at my bank which is nx door to one of the places I had major debit card issues said she also had problems with her account??

Got three subs for my family's diner tonight,Took a long time for the guy to make them.After making them he mixed up one of ours with someone elses sub on the cashiers counter.The other two subs were good, unfortunately the one that mine got mixed up with was a terrible choice in food.Would benefit this subway location to have better organization and employees that can remember what they just did for the past 10 minutes.

This particular subway I love their food because whenever I buy food from them the food is always fresh. I get good service and I have no complaints. Their staff is always nice.
