I love to support restaurant workers, but this is getting out of hand. Today, they were out of chips, guacamole, and ice. On a Friday night. It's poor planning and laziness. Today they said they could make more chips but it would take 20 minutes. Seriously? At this point, it's a choice to not have items. Then we get home and the rice and beans are way undercooked. They were hard. Why keep spending money here?

This location excels at creating more food poisoning victims. Don't do it unless you're ready to be cleaned out. The food is the normal chipotle but their standard of cleanliness is pretty disturbing when you see that they don't clean often, you can tell by the dried and crusted stains on the equipment. Please go elsewhere.

This location was quiet and relatively clean.The staff did not have the drink and utensils station properly stocked. As a result, I (politely) asked for forks, and the staff member did not bother to pay attention to my request.The professionalism was lacking.The only thing that saved them was the food being very tasty.Visit this location. Just be prepared for subpar service.
