Disappointed & Will not be returning. Customized order for the family (to go) only to find none of the customization after opening the bag. Burgers and fries lacked toppings requested/paid for. what is the point of giving customers option to customize their meals but not following through? It's all written on the receipt - clearly they don't care.

I worked through lunch and grabbed this burger, no fries and drank water. Didn't want to spoil dinner later. Basic burger, can't be beat. Food arrived quickly but normal customer service interaction is non-existent. Person delivering food to table said nothing. Great burger nonetheless.

Always order delivery from this location and the food arrives quickly and is still fresh.
We came in around 10:30 this evening and were greeting at the door immediately with a smile by Nathan! He was very attentive and helpful the remainder of our visit. He is the kind of person we need more of! From one General Manager to another, excellent hire! Along with our hot coco shake, Nathan made the experience!

This Location specifically hardly ever has anyone working the register for you to pay with cash, so you have to place your order on the kiosk which limits your order incase you want to make any changes; not to mention I never got a text when my food was ready , I just happened to go back inside & check on my own. As far as the food go.. Burgers are solid, However they only give you a piece of lettuce………. lol & just recently I had two small tomato slices ( looked like Roma tomatoes) & the bite was just inconsistent… ima fall back for a min.

Overall: I wish I could give this place a 3.5. The employees are really kind, but for a fast casual spot I find the food to be overpriced and the wait to be long. The ambiance is cleaner than fast food and has both indoor and outdoor seating. They have at least one employee out and about the dining area to support customers which I find really helpful and the one there yesterday was super kind. The burgers are good and the fries are okay, but if I'm going to pay 8 dollars for just a burger and have to pay separately for the fries, I'm expecting more. The menu is simple, which I like, but I do wish they had the option of sweet potato fries. I prefer to order online because it's more clear about what you can customize on your burger and then you don't have to wait so long there. I like that they offer Old Bay at their condiment station- it's a real nice MD touch. I wish they had some other condiments there than ketchup though. Their shakes taste good, but they are so sweet that I leave feeling sick if I even share one.

Just need to note that usually when I come here the fries are bleh. Usually soft and dull but today they were golden brown and crispy. Kudos to whoever made them!

I order their food through ubereats every so often. Today the chicken sandwiches tasted awful, soggy bun, wilted lettuce, missing ingredients. Will not order again. Feeling sick after eating the food. My bad, should have let uber know.
