The baristas do more talking than making the drinks. It takes them over 10 minutes to make a grande ice shaken espresso

If your looking for cold sandwiches and a long drive thru wait, this is the place for you. I am consistently disappointed with the experience I receive at this location. It took me 20 minutes to receive a simple breakfast sandwich and a simple matcha latte.

I love this place because it has plenty of seats and space to hang out or study. It’s also very light inside with a lot of windows. The coffee is good as always!!In the summer you can sit outside which is very aesthetic!

I like this location. My pumpkin spice latte and blueberry muffin were both very good. The muffin appears to have gotten a-lot smaller over the tears, but the quality is still the same. The service was efficient and the ambiance was good.

Large and spacious stores, unfortunately often the store is closed for walk-in patrons. No reasons are given why the store opens for drive-thru only. The reason I’m drawn to Starbucks is because of the in-store experience. Without that, I'm going to other establishments that welcome their customers through their doors.

Both mobile orders and the inside were closed so the only option was the drive- thru. After going through the drive- thru, I look at my drinks and the first drink was missing all the customizations including espresso, whipped cream, and sprinkles. My second drink then only had one of the 2 customizations I asked for so I decided to go back through to get them remade. Since the drive- thru was the only option, I waited again but this time it was a different barista. The first barista was polite and patient even though the drinks were made incorrectly, however when I told the second barista what had happened and got to the window, she had an attitude about what I had asked for. The first drink was finally remade correctly and then I received the second drink remake and it looked identical to the same drink I had just received that was wrong. I tried to politely explain it tasted and looked like what I had not asked for and when I asked for the third time to put light milk she grabbed both remakes and turns and says "can we dump these" and shuts the window on me. She then comes back with my drink made correctly so I say "Thank you have a great day" and again the window was shut in my face. When I tried to call the store, no one answered and there was no way to leave a message. I usually am not the type of person to speak up when I don't like something, but it's upsetting spending money on 2 drinks and receiving rude customer service asking for it to be made correctly.

Fast and friendly service at the counter inside Starbucks. The drive up line was very long. Plenty of seating inside and patio seating outside.

One week later and still out of the mixers for fall drinks! Now that’s totally ridiculous and was tempted to just bring my own Apple juice for them to use!Additionally, please help the pink-haired lady that works in the mornings. She literally has an attitude ALL the time! If you don’t like your job OR are not a morning person, FIX IT and fix ya face. Always look like you are sucking on lemons!?. I can always tell when she is taking orders through the drive through and HATE, when she is at the window.This morning she tried to tell me what I ordered! Um, excuse me Miss, I wouldn’t order nor eat your ham and cheese croissants because I CAN’T have cheese! Enter, more attitude!Guess Starbucks is fresh out of kindness but not attitude! Got an abundance of that at this location.

UPDATE !Additionally to my comment below, now this Starbucks closes at random days and times throughout the day! Super inconsistent.This is probably one of the worst Starbucks in Columbia. Don’t even try going at eight in the morning because they will have a line all the way up to the street and even when they don’t have a line or their service is super super slow. They also don’t make the best drinks, sometimes they’re decent but most of the times their drinks are 90% ice or milk and like all the flavorsSave yourself your $10 that you were going to spend and just go somewhere else

This place is going down hill. yesterday I found a hair in my drink and when I tried to call and let them know, their phone was disconnected. today they made my drink completely wrong and charged me double for a sandwich I didn't order instead of the croissant. I don't like being rude because I used to work at Starbucks so I get it, but at the same time they're repeatedly messing up and not apologizing or offering a refund. do better.

Came by today walking to try and place an order, found the store partially closed, apparently could only place orders through the drive through. The entrance had papers linking to the app.Attempting to place an order through the app was not feasible, so I chose to leave.Not sure what was going on today, but would have been nice if the system worked to assist whatever silliness was going on. Hope the feedback helps.
