The food was so fabulous and delicious the guests loved it and so did all our neighbors with the leftovers we had LOL. It was so yummy and we are still trying to savor our cake that Kathy made us for the night to cut. OMG SO GOOD! We saved the top tier to freeze so fingers crossed it works out! The wait staff for our reception were also so pleasant and kind, and we really appreciated how patient they were with taking food away and just how attentive! They were so helpful just the nicest people! We really appreciated everything Watermen’s did for us, and everything they did to make our day the most special and tasty! From cocktail hour, to the reception, and desserts! It all was so great!

Like most everything else in the small town of Crisfield, the Waterman's Inn Restaurant is officially CLOSED. The building is up for sale the last time I was down.

Went here years ago as my grandparents lived in Crisfield for the majority of my childhood. It was the best shrimp and grits I had ever had, and the red velvet cake was awesome too (not sure if they still have it).

As of this posting the Waterman's Inn is permanently closed. Too bad, it was the one place outside of the Elks and American Legion that has a bar and was open year round.

Operating since 1988 as the only fine dinning option in Crisfield. Worth the trip down to this lovely town or when docked at the marina. Although you would think this would be a primarily a fish restaurant. They serve all type of entries and pride them self on their home made desserts as well. Yet of course their crabcakes are wonderful.Reservation are not needed yet they have only 12 tables and a small bar. So you might want to give them a call on Friday or Saturday evening during the high season.Please be aware especially in the off season places close very early in town, so does the watermens inn.Rumor has it that they close for good, we really hope this is not true.
We boat from Solomons to Crisfield to eat at Watermen's each night! The salmon board and mussels are fantastic, but then again everything and everyone is!!! Just an all around relaxing and friendly place with perfect dishes.
