Should be able to give negative stars. It took almost 2 months to get a refund after I had to hound the manager. I would never order from there ever again. Some of my friends tried ordering for 2023 Thanksgiving though I warned them about my issue. They have issues now lol. What happened to this Boston Market ? I travel from Catonsville at least twice a month maybe three times to get chicken from this location, last month when I went I was a little let down because some of my favorite sides had been cut out, I could live with that. Today my chicken didn't taste or even smell like Boston Markets Chicken and it was overcooked. Great deal on all the chicken soup you can eat. Had three bowls for the low price of one. They were out of several listed menu items. Could be that they are going out of business. If you are in the mood for some chicken soup, then you should stop by.
