I was told of special with extra toppings so I okayed it, so very dissatisfied and disappointed, I couldn’t even see extra topping that I paid for and just no taste unlike what I was use to have not patronize them since I go to Hungry Howies which is a little out of way but worth it for best

The online ordering is faulty. I ordered pizzas, cheesy bread, pasta and sodas. I also clicked on the button that said to hand me the order. We waited almost an hour and nothing happened. On the porch was our COLD items and part of it was missing. I called and was told that it would be remade and delivered to us. Waited an hour, even went out on the porch several times and no order showed up. Called them again and was told because the order read leave on the porch they were not going to remake it after all. Did they bother to let us know? NO. When I explained AGAIN that I clicked on the hand me my order button I was told it didn't matter because it said on the porch. I asked about the missing food and was told I would be credited. Don't think so...why would I buy anything from them again? Now I was told it would be taken off my debit order. If it isn't back on there in three days, they will hear from me in person and it will not sound pretty.

First off I order from here A LOT but this may be it for me. The “night” Manager Marcy (I believe this was her name) said that she would replace our bbq wings but we would need to return the wings they sent. We already waited for our dinner over an hour on a Monday night. This is the best they could do. This manager was terrible at making this situation right. I’ve ordered in the past and I always said the good thing about this dominos is when an order was messed up they make it right. Well not this time and not with this night manager. The back and forth over the phone over $9 bbq wings is an absolute shock. I cannot believe she demanded the wings back too. To paint a picture of how this Dominos is being operated (and mind you I understand mistakes but it’s too frequent) they frequently forget my drinks and dipping sauces. They have delivered to the wrong house and had to reorder the food. They rarely add extra cheese when you order it as one of your toppings, same with the others toppings VERY little. This is a very poorly managed Dominos and it’s sad to say because it was not always this way. I really hope someone of importance sees this and does something about how things are being run starting with the “night” manager.

Should have looked at the food before we left the store. Everything looked good except for the chicken alfredo. It must have burnt because we did not get a full portion and the sauce was almost nonexistent. Next time, if there is a next time, I will open the boxes and look at food. I can't believe we paid that much for the meal and it wasn't anywhere close to being worth the money for it.
