10 out of 10 would not recommend. Worst burger king service in the area, maybe even the county? Probably. I have been here a few times, and the second time I got horrible service was enough for me. Terrible com service. Nobody wants to be there and they don't hide it. I would feel sorry for the staff. But clearly they don't feel sorry for themselves because they still there. Point being they suck, won't be back.

always rude employees at this location… I always take that extra few miles and head to the one on route 40… but this location is 2 mins away from my house and sometimes it’s convenient… tonight I asked for a cup holder after the long haired dude with his apple AirPods in his ears working drive thru window gave me all 4 cups at once.. it was apparently a problem that I asked for a cup holder.. and on top of this, he kept giving me dirty looks as if he was bothered that I was there as a customer order food…. Ugh.. do better Burger King.. you need the customers during this time.. ??♀️

Why do you hire people who are bothered by customers? I observed several employees rolling their eyes at customers ordering yesterday including myself and husband. Customers are your bread and butter. Customers should never be a bother to employees. This specific burger King is the worst at providing great customer service. Maybe corporate or owners observe as a secret customer to witness what I did yesterday.

19OCT.2023 Been here a couple times and now leaving a review. Always, always, immaculate place with a 50’s theme vibe going on. Superb service inside and drive thru. A great spot for a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I will never order from here again!! Placed a mobile order upon arriving at speaker I was asked what do I want. I told them i had a mobile order and the name. I then waited 10 mins for the order. Upon arriving home the order was missing food. Tried to call but no one would pick up. The mobile app only would give $3 for items that cost over $10 missing. Hungry i decided to eat when I tried to adjust a piece of chicken in the wrap I found a part of a glove in the wrap. This does not mention how they were carrying the patties out of the freezer that I saw while waiting in the Dive Thru
The manager Katey was rude and vulgar to my 77 yr old mother and myself I would go to a different store if I were you

Manager and team were great dealing with an irate customer when the BK app wouldn't work and he couldn't get his discount. The customer kept saying the issue with the app was the manager's fault and since he was the BK rep at the store, it was his responsibility to fix the app. Rest of the team took orders by hand for the rest of the folks in line. I paid for the guy's food so the situation would be resolved; fast food workers shouldn't have to deal with such toxicity and neither should the general public. Guy left without his order. Guess he was embarrassed a women paid for his $9 order. Oh well! ???

Immaculate, very fun well done 50s theme. Never went to a Burger King before that had nice ambience. Very impressed. Has a nice outside area with 5 or more tables with umbrellas. Nice staff. I was not happy when my son wanted to go there for an impossible burger. So glad that we did. And don't forget to put on a crown and sit in the 50s yellow car to take a picture. And don't forget to look up. Definitely could have a conversation with an elder with hearing issues.
