I asked if I could order food from the bar area and was told that I could. I seated myself and waited for at least 20 minutes for someone to give me a menu or a glass of water. There were people taking care of carryout orders, but they ignored me. So I left!

Nice neal.But the check our was appealing.Had a gift card. Server worked the payout machine at the table.Could not figure out how to pay the difference. Do walked away with my credit card.I had told her that I was giving her the tip in CASH.She returned and very hurriedly TOOK the cash tip and dropped the receipt.The receipt conveniently showed a 20% tip added.Not very nice.Especially since we are aged 70+ and one is a disabled veteran.KAYANA S was the server.So everyone, be aware!!!

We went during the peek of dinner service. The service exceeded our expectations. Zac was as knowledgeable about the items on the menu, as he was attentive. He made the timing perfect! Our food came out warm. It’s important that the food doesn’t sit out too long. The place is very Italian. It was Maryland’s own piece of Italy. The atmosphere had a Tuscan feel and the food was better than some of my relatives.

My server Kay knows exactly what it takes to make sure customer satisfaction is on ?% She went over and beyond to making sure I got what I needed.
