This Taco Bell location on West Patrick St. is the best in Frederick. Every time I order, there is never a mess up and everything is always hot and fresh! Customer service here is 5/5. Whoever the Store Manager is deserves a pay raise. Staff are very friendly & professional as well. Come here if you want Taco Bell, they do it right!I live much closer to the 7th street location and I avoid going there, the service there is awful, food is cold and sloppy and I know its fast food but sometimes the wrapper is drenched in liquid/water...seems like the workers are half-assin all the time and very rude and have made insults.Again just to be clear, Taco Bell on 40/West Patrick is always on point! Thank you!
I like the menu of these restaurants, but the hours are not defined because you come to want to have breakfast and it is closed, they should correct the hours because on the door it says open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and it has been several times already I come at 8:00 AM and it's closed... ??

drive-thru couldn't accommodate my 10' clearance rental van so I was super grateful to see their dining room was still open late which is rare post-panny! friendly staff, food was solid. thank you!

I have never personally had an issue with this Taco Bell no matter the time of day. Very consistent in food and service. Truly no complaints as of yet, and I've been going here for ~4 years now.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is fair but do know you may need help opening the doors if you can't by yourself but the doors are fairly light so I was able to hold them open as I went in fairly easily.Dietary restrictions: They are understanding of my friend's dairy dietary restriction and have been consistant in not giving her dairy items when asked.I'm not too sure about other dietary restrictions but doesn't hurt to ask.

This staff is amazing, they are kind, quick, and our orders are always correct even with substitutions and additions to regular order recipes. Had experienced an issue with our card being charged and Kathy went above and beyond to help us and it wasn’t even something that was their systems fault. cashapp was having systematic issues and it was cashapps fault. But she still made the efforts to go through her system, contact me back about the issue and extended the option for communication in case it wasn’t resolved through cashapp. She is incredible and made things so so simple to deal with10/10 by far the best Taco Bell in the tristate and the best staffing in the tristate.Super thankful for this location. Always leave thrilled.

I order in the kiosk it don't accept money in the kiosk. But the cashier does. You can only order from it. No cash from the machine that takes orders. You need to interact with the employees. Aside from the human interaction expect your food to arrive faster than McDonald's.
